Eastern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed works with values of - 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for one similar work. Additionally, for subcontracting, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be subletted. However, no previous work experience is required for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh.
