To determine the required prior work experience for the bidder, work experience certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years are accepted. The public listed company must be listed on the National Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange and incorporated/registered at least 5 years prior to the date of closing of the tender. For a work experience certificate issued by a public listed company to be considered, it must be accompanied by a copy of the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, TDS certificates for all payments received, and a copy of the final/last bill paid by the company. The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, or (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Substantially Completed Work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor.
