The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any of the following during the last 7 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), shall be considered as the cost of substantially completed work. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the above-mentioned similar works. Separate completed works of minimum required values shall also be considered for fulfillment of technical eligibility criteria for different components. The similar nature of work for this tender is "Any Civil Engineering work involving RCC work." The values of the tender are mentioned as: - Schedule A (Non-Scheduled Items): 5161900.00 - Schedule B1 (Scheduled Items - USSOR-2021): 7226767.00 - Schedule B2 (Scheduled Items - USSOR-2011): 5084305.98 with an escalation of 48.86% and a basic value of 3415495.08. The specific percentage of similar works completed is 90% of the present contract value.
