The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The similar nature of work for this tender includes "Any Civil engineering work comprising of Construction of RCC over head tank of same or more capacity OR Any Civil engineering work comprising of execution of RCC framed structure works of building G +3 & above." The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - Rs 500 crore (average annual turnover for a public listed company)
