Provision of cement concrete enclosure for earth electrodes as per DRG. NO. S&T/C- 36(NKG). For preparing the enclosure all materials ,i.e., cement, sand, stone chips etc. to be supplied by the contractor.

Supply of basic material to construct unit maintenance free earth as per RDSO Specs. No RDSO/SPN/197 Ver.1.0 or latest and conforming to RDSO Drg. No.SDO / RDSO/ E&B/001 or Latest. Necessary testing certificate of UL,IEC to be produced. It consist of following: (a) Copper bonded 5 steelel ectrode of 3.0 m long, 17.2 mm dia with copper bonding thickness of minimum macrons and UL listed and marked = 1 no. (b) Earth enhancement material supplied in sealed bags of minimum 10 kg = 3nos. (c) Copper strip of 150x25x6mm, to terminate earth rod = 1no. (d) Copper strip of 300x25x6mm (MEEB) = 1 no. (e) Copper strip of 150x25x6mm (SEEB) = 1no. (ii) Supply of 35 sq. mm multistrand single core PVC insulated copper cable as per IS: 694 for connecting main earth electrode to MEEB in the equipment room induplicate.(minimum 10 meter) (iii)Supply of 16 sq. mm multi strand single core PVC insulated copper cable as per IS: 694 for connecting MEEB to SEEB and SPD to MEEB(minimum 10 meter ) (iv) Supply of 10 sq. mm multi strand single core PVC insulated copper cable as per IS: 694 for connecting various equipments to SEEB (v) Supply of copper lug sleeve for 3/16 cable . Inspection: RDSO.

Installation of Unit Maintenance Free Earth as supplied in above item. It includes( i ) Digging the earth to the required depth. (ii) Insertion of electrode. (iii) Filling of earth enhancing compound (Approx.30Kg) (iv) Provision of exothermic weld connections to copper tape of 25 mm x 6 mm x 150 mm to the earth electrodes. All material tools and features required for weld will be arranged by contractor. (v) This also includes CC cover 1.5 ft x 1.5ft. 1 ft wall thickness 2 inch with cover 3 inch thickness. Cables 35 Sq.mm/ 16 Sq/mm/10 sq.mm for connecting earth to busbar, busbar to busbar and bus bars to various equipments. Earth electrode of 17.20 mm dia and 3.00 meter long high tensile low carbon steel circular rods molecularly bonded with copper and outer 6 surface(minimum copper bonding thickness of 250 microns to made requirement of under writer's laboratories (UL) 467-2007 or latest. Copper strips of 150 mm x25 mm x 6 mm to be welded with each earth electrode, copper strips of 300 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm for main equip- potential bus bar, copper strips of 150 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm sub equip-potential busbar in relay room, power room and panel room. GI strip 25 mm x 2mm for ring formation of earth pits Earth enhancement material in bags for each Earth Electrode. Inspection chamber of site 300mm x 300 mm x 300 mm (Inside dimension) of approximate 50 mm thick with pulling hooks to cover the earth pits. Note: The installation of this item shall be carried out by the contractor asper RDSO Specs. No RDSO/SPN/197 Ver.1.0 or latest and conforming to RDSO Drg. No.SDO / RDSO/ E&B/001 or Latest. Inspection: Consignee

Supply of Fluke 1630-2 FC earth ground clamp meter with resistance measurement range from 0.025 Ohm to 1.5 K ohm. and as per specification which is attached as Annexure-A. Inspection : consignee.

Supply of Fluke 1507 insulation resistance tester with insulation testing voltage 50V,100V,250V,500V,1000V. , Insulation measurement range 10 K-ohm to 10 G-ohm max, CAT IV 600V safety and as per specification which is attached as Annexure-B. Inspection : consignee.

Supply and Fixing of Retro reflective Nomenclature Board of size 254 mm x 358 mm made of 2mm thick aluminium sheet & high intensity prismatic grade retro reflective sheet(TYPE -IV) 9 including fixing arrangement for fixing them on signal post as per as per standard practice. NOTE: This work includes complete fixing of board with supply of nuts & bolts, clamp, other materials and dismantling of existing old board if any. Letter shall be of black colour in the white background with red arrow mark and details of lettering description shall be given by Rly. Engineer. Inspection: Consignee

Supply of synthetic enamel paint for painting/ lettering on point machine, LC Gate, Block instrument, Panel , Location box, Signal , JB etc. Make of paint -Asian 10 paints/Berger/Shalimar/Nerolac/Jenson-Nicholson company. During supply colour wise quantity of paint will be specified by the consignee. One painting brush of good quality to be supplied per 20 Ltr. of paint and size of brush will be specified by Consignee. Size of container will be specified by the Consignee . Manufacturing date of paint not to be older than 2 months from date of railway inspection. The paint to be as per latest IS specification. Inspection: Consignee.

Supply of plastic chair for S&T safety seminar meeting room of dimension D- 560 mm, 11 W-560 , H- 815 mm or suitable to nearer dimensions with arm rests , cushion at seat & back. Model type :Supreme Ornate Lacquered Finish Plastic chair or similar of reputed company. Colour & Design to be same of all 25 nos. chairs. Inspection: Consignee.
