Eastern Railway Tender

The bidder is required to have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 7 years. The similar works can be any of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The definition of similar work includes execution, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of HT equipment for government organizations or public listed companies, or operation and maintenance of specific substations. The bidder's work experience certificates are considered valid if they are from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. Additionally, the bidder must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated based on the advertised value of the tender and the number of years prescribed for completion of work.
