The Tenderer Is To Quote Only One Rate Against The Schedule. The Advertised Value Is The Departmental Assessed Value. 2. The Departmental assessed Value/advertised Value Has Been Chalked Out Considering The Escalation Which Is Governed By The Prevailing Rates Fixed By Engineering department, Head Quarter, Eastern Railway Over The Basic Value I.e. 14% Below Upon Basic Cost Of Delhi Schedule Of Rates [ver-2] 2021/ Delhi Schedule Of rates [horticulture And Landscaping] 2020. 3. The Above Instructions Are Only For Guidance To The Tenderers. Tenderers Should Consider The Above Aspects while Quoting Rates. 4.
