Bid Capacity

The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the completion of similar nature of work. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years:
(i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender,
(ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender,
(iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.
In case of tenders for composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years:
(i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender,
(ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender,
(iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender.
The bidder should submit documents in support of fulfillment of eligibility criteria with respect to completion of similar nature of work for Technical Eligibility Criteria. The tenderer should also submit an audited Balance Sheet duly certified by a Chartered Accountant regarding contractual payments received in the past.
The bidder is required to submit details showing in Annexure I, IV, but the exact requirements are not specified. However, the bidder should submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
The required prior work experience includes the following values and percentages:
- 30% of advertised value of the tender for three similar works
- 40% of advertised value of the tender for two similar works
- 60% of advertised value of the tender for one similar work
- 30% of advertised value of each component of tender for three similar works in case of composite works
- 40% of advertised value of each component of tender for two similar works in case of composite works
