The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to "Similar Nature of work for technical Eligibility criteria" and "Total Contract value for Financial Eligibility Criteria". Work experience certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years are considered. For similar works, the tenderer must have successfully completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The definition of similar nature of works is "Any Civil Engineering Work involving Construction of Buildings." The bidder needs to upload documents in support of eligibility criteria, including completion of similar nature of work and total contract value. The details of the works completed by the tenderer during the last Seven years are to be filled in Annexure-I.
