Painting of cleaned plate/composite bridge girders including all scaffolding along with 4 provision of Jhoola / hanging scaffolding ladders etc. where required. With one coat ready mix Zinc Chromate conforming to IS:104 with DFT of 25-30 Microns followed by one coat of Zinc Chromate red oxide conforming to IS:2074 DFT of 25 Microns

Surface preparation of steel work of bridge triangulated girders by cleaning with 6 scrappers and/or wire brushes to remove all rust and loose or perished paint to prepare perfectly clean & dry bare metal surface free from all dirt/foreign material & ready for initial coat of paint. Rate includes cost of labour, consumables, brushes, misc. tools and plants, ladders, scaffoldings, jhoola, hanging scaffolding, staging etc. Existing girders with old paints

With one coat ready mix Zinc Chromate conforming to IS:104 with DFT of 25-30 Microns followed by one coat of Zinc Chrome red oxide conforming to IS:2074 with DFT of 25 Microns.

Supplying and fixing HSFG bolts of any dia and any length with suitable nuts including DTI washers conforming to IRS-B1-2001 for bridges and steel structures with contractors labour, tools and plants and lead and lift etc., complete.

Supplying & fixing of Anti-Skid MS / Stainless Steel chequered plates on un- ballasted deck bridge as per approved drawings, with matching grade stainless steel fasteners as directed by Engineer-in- Charge, on new bridge or replacement of existing chequered plates on old bridge 10 including removal of old chequered plates and stacking near approaches of bridge, clear from all infringement. Note: Joints of chequered plates shall not fall in between sleepers Fixing Anti-Skid Stainless Steel chequered plate conforming to latest IS: 6911, ISS Symbol 409 M, minimum 6mm thick (excluding bead height) with flat bottom and top pattern conforming to IS: 3502, 1A with bead height of minimum 0.8mm as per RDSO drawings, including removal of existing chequered plates on existing Bridges. NOTE: Payment shall be made only as per weight of new chequered plate fixed.

Fabrication, supplying and fixing of grade retro-reflective signage boards made of high-intensity grade encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting conforming to ASTMD 4956 Type-IV specifications and having approved patterns over its entire surface bonded on to 2mm thick aluminium sheet with back supporting angle iron frame (40mmX40mmX6mm) duly reveted with solid M.S. /Aluminium revets, etc. The entire face of the sign board should be covered and bonded with 1 yellow/red/white/blue high intensity encapsulated lens type reflecting sheeting with distinctive lined patterns of front side on plain surface. The white/blue/yellow/red portion of the board shall be screen printed on the high intensity sheet base including fixing the bolt on portal/support/wall/dowel rod/anchor bolt, etc with contractor's clamp/cleat/bolt/rivet/weld/anchor bolt including all, contractor's material labour, tools & ; plants including all lead, lift crossing of railway track/tracks and all other incidental charges necessary for successful completion of work as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

EARTH WORK // Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic 1 excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. // All kinds of soil

CONCRETE WORK // CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU) // Providing and laying in 2 position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : // 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

CONCRETE WORK // CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU) // Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : // Foundations, footings, bases for columns

STEEL WORK // Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

STEEL WORK // Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
