Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of 160 A, 415 volt,50HZ, 4 4 pole MCCB with adjustable thermal magnetic trip unit, Braking capacity-50KA with suitable sheet steel enclosure and all accessories complete with over load, earth fault and short circuit protection including connection with gland, socketing, cable entry box etc. as required (MCCB. Make: Siemens, L&T, ABB, Havells).

Trenching, drawing, laying and jointing of the 4 core 1100 v grade cable through 6 underground as per CEE's drawing no.E4/GPST/033/87 and refilling the trench after laying the cable including making good damages and connection with switchgears along with supply of suitable size gland, socket etc. as required. NB* only cable will be supplied by Rlys, all other materials required during execution of work and connection to be supplied by the firm.

Laying, jointing, connection, testing & commissioning of LT cable 1100V grade of 8 amall size( Upto 95 sq mm ) along the wall by necessary clamping arrangement including socketing and termination with epoxy end jointibg where necessary (clamps should be made of 50mmx 6mm MS flat) NB* only cable will be supplied by Rlys, all other materials required during execution of work and connection to be supplied by the firm.

Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of indoor type 14 SWG LT M.S. Distribution panel board with castle lock arrangement consisting of the following. i.MCCB 400 9 Amps, 4 pole, 35 KA, 415 Volt -2 Nos., ii.MCCB 200 A, 4 pole, 35 KA, 415 V - 4 Nos., iii.MCCB 100 A, 4 pole, 35 KA, 415 Volt -3 Nos, iv.Multi functional Digital type metering system such as energy meter, trivector meter, voltmeter, ammeter etc. with LED indication lamp -1 set, v.4 pole copper bus bar 800 Amp, capacity - 1 set. vi. Suitable MS Enclosure-1 set. (Make of all MCCB: Siemens /L&T/AB/Havells).

Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of 14 SWG indoor type LT M.S. Distribution panel board with castle lock arrangement consisting of the following. i.MCCB 200 10 Amps, 4 pole, 35 KA, 415 V -2 Nos., ii.MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole, 35 KA, 415 V -4 Nos. iii.MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, 25 KA, 415 V - 4 Nos. iv.4 pole copper bus bar 400 Amp capacity - 1 set. v.Multi functional digital type metering system such as energy meter, trivector meter, voltmeter, ammeter etc with LED indication lamp - 1 set. vi.Suitable MS Enclosure - 1 set. (Make of all MCCB: Siemens/L&T/ABB/Havells).

Supply, digging, insertion, testing and commissioning of earth pipe made of heavy duty GI pipe of size 50 mm dia, 3 mtr long (Make: TATA/JINDAL) including construction of earth pit and each pit should be provided with 2 nos. of above pipe duly shorted by suitable length of G.I flat (50 mm x 6 mm) including necessary earth connection from pit to the distribution panel with 4 SWG 11 GI wire. The earth pit should be encashed with panel with alternate layer of salt and charcoal to be spreaded inside the pit. Earth pit shall be completed with necessary civil work like brick chamber, PCC work & finally covered with medium duty cast iron hinged cover of size 400 x 400 mm sq . N.B.: The earthing should be done as per CEE/KKK's specification. All earth value should be marked on MS plate with date by painting work. The MS flat, plate should be painted by one coat of red oxide and 2 coats of black paint before execution. The marking should be done by white paint.

Wiring of sub-main line including phase & neutral with 02 nos. of single core, PVC insulated multistrand FR / FR-LSH/ZHFR grade copper conductor cable size 4 sq.mm of 1100 volt 12 grade (confirming to IS 694-1990 or latest) through in PVC conduit or casing/ capping or concealed of suitable size along with earth connection continuity with 01 no. PVC insulated mulit-strand FR/FR- LSH/ZHFR grade Copper conductor cable of size 2.5 mm2 including all accessories. (Make: (i) Wires/Cables-MESCAB/ Havell/Finolex/Plaza (ii) Heavy gauge PVC pipe/Conduit or casing/capping- PRICISION/AKG /PCG).

Wiring including make good of wall/ ceiling surface as its original condition of light, fan, exhaust fan with two nos. single core PVC insulated multi strand FRLS/FR/ZHFR grade copper conductor cable size 1.5 mm2,1100 volt grade (confirming to IS-694/1990 or latest) in rigid/suitable PVC conduit or casing/capaing or conceled ISI marked of suitable size along with PVC insulated 13 copper conductor cable 1.5 mm2 FRLS/FR/ZHFR for ECC including suitable size heavy gauge PVC board and all accessories i.e. piano switch, fuse cut out, indicator lamp, ceiling rose, angular holder , modular plastic board etc. & fixing and commissioning electronic fan regulator incase of fan point.
