The required prior work experience for the bidder is mentioned in terms of average annual contractual turnover, which should be a minimum of V/N or "V" whichever is less. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. Regarding similar nature of work, the bidder must have successfully or substantially completed specific works during the last 07 years. The requirements are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The specific values like amount of similar works completed are mentioned in terms of percentage of the advertised value of the tender, which are 30%, 40%, and 60%.
