1. One no. DIODE IN4007 or Equivalent is to be provided at end wall of each Motor 01 Coach & Trailer Coach. 2. one no 2.5 Amp DC MCB is to be provided at LT Panel as per RDSO schematic wiring Diagram at Annexure-I in each MC coach 3. one no 1 Amp DC MCB is to be provided at end wall as per RDSO schematic wiring Diagram at Annexure-I in each MC& TC coach 4. 02 nos. Junction box is to be provided in under frame of MC/TC Coach\ 5. Positive feed from C-5 Train wire is to be provided to the E-14 Train Wire via 2.5 Amp DC MCB 6. Positive feed from E-14 Train wire is to be provided to the pressure switch via 1 Amp DC MCB and return feedback goes through Train Wire No. C-15 for EMU as per RDSO schematic wiring Diagram at Annexure-I in each MC& TC coach 7. In both Side Driving Cab, 01 no. LED indicator is to be installed on Driver's Desk for Fault Indication in case of Air Bellow Fault Detection. 8. 02 no. LED indication Lamps with housing arrangement as per M/s. ENSAVE Catalogue no. ECIL-3W-CDL(TYPE-I) in each Motor & Trailer coach (01 no. in each side left &right of MC/TC coach) of IP 65 Protection of red colour to be provided as Air Bellow fault indication fault whose connection to be done as per RDSO schematic wiring Diagram at Annexure-I 9. Cable Routing through Conduits & Iron Pipe for Failure indication lamps on Driver Desk , Coach Body & Pressure Switches to be done. 10. Proper Cable bunching and numbering of the Cable which is required in the fault indication circuit is to be done. As during Rake formation motor Coaches & Trailer Coaches getinterxchanged, Cable numbering is required for easy trouble shooting and detection of Cable. 11. All modification works of motor coach i.e. cable laying, junction box fitting, mounting bracket fitting with lock plate is to be done before lowering 12. Electric connection is to be checked for each individual coach. Continuity and meggar testing is to be done for individual coaches separately for wiring between (i) End Wall to Pressure Switches for each TC & MC (ii)End wall to Coach Body Indication for each TC &MC.(iii)End wall to Driving Desk LED Indication for each Driving Motor Coach. 13. Continuity to be checked from C Board Pin no.5 between Driving, LT Board and End wall. 14. Continuity to be checked from C Board Pin no.15 between Driving, LT Board and End wall. 15. Continuity to be checked from E Board Pin no.14 between Driving, LT Board and End wall. 16. After formation , continuity of C5 , C15 & E-14 to be checked from one Driving end to another driving end i.e end to end. 17. Operation of all 48 Pressure Switches is to be checked by lowering the air pressure in each air bellows so that the indication lamp glows to indicate circuit with Pressure switch properly functioning. 18. A joint inspection report to be done between firm and KPA representative regarding operation of all 48 Pressure Switches in a rake giving indication during leakage in respective air bellow is to be mentioned.

1. 04 nos. Mounting bracket is to be provided with 04 nos. Pressure switch to be provided in each Air Bellow mounting motor coach/Trailer Coach (i.e 2 nos. Pressure switch in each bogie frame) duly electrically coupled with body. 2. 04 Nos. Pressure Switches per Coaches boradly conforms to the parameters as mentioned in RDSO' MODIFICATION SHEET NO. RDSO/PE/MS/EMU/0093-2024(Rev.00), DATE OF ISSUE:- MAY'2024 are to be provided which are to be physically mounted on Body, pneumatically connected to air pressure of Air Spring and electrically connected AS PER RDSO SCHEMATIC WIRING DIAGRAM AT ANNEXURE-I. (The actual mounting arrangement of a pressure switch and associated pneumatic connection is enclosed as Annexure-II (Drawing No. ICF/SK3-3-5-046). No welding work is to be done for fixing the pressure switch, a fixture is to be provided for fitting the pressure switch so that it can be easily be replaced if required). 3. The sufficient space is to be provided during fitment of Pressure Switch of easy replacement in future if required. 4. 4 nos. Bolt of M6 x 40 mm with proper nut, spring, and flat washer to be provided for fitment of Pressure Switch Fixture. 5. Stripping of Existing Pipeline for Levelling Valve The existing pipe line of the levelling valve will be carefully stripped. Any damaged or worn-out parts, including joints or fittings, will be assessed for replacement. If required, a new run tee & male elbow will be 01 installed to ensure compatibility with the new setup. 6. Installation of Two New Pipelines Two new pipelines will be equipped in the under-frame of the coach, designed to carry compressed air from air suspension to pressure switch. The pipelines will be routed in a way that avoids interference with existing systems, ensuring smooth airflow and operation. All pipelines will be fabricated to the correct dimensions and specifications, in compliance with the air suspension system requirements as per ICF Drawing No. ICF/SK3-3-5-046. 7. Proper Clamping and Securing of Pipelines Pipelines will be securely clamped at regular intervals along the under-frame to prevent movement or vibration, ensuring long-term durability and reliability. Clamps will be selected based on material compatibility, and anti-corrosion measures will be applied to ensure long-lasting performance. Additional support may be installed in areas prone to stress or vibration to prevent leaks and maintain system integrity. 8. Installation of New Base for Pressure Switch A new base for the pressure switch will be fabricated and installed in the appropriate location to monitor the air pressure within the Air Suspension system. The base will be designed to securely hold the pressure switch while allowing easy access for maintenance and troubleshooting. Wiring and tubing connections for the pressure switch will be installed and tested for proper functionality 9. Final Air Leakage Test is to be performed after the final fitment of the pipeline. 10. All Consumable items like thread Seals, PVC tape, cutting tools, Drilling tools etc. to be provided by the firm.
