The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, the bidder's prior work experience is considered for tenders of value above Rs. 50 lakhs. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated based on the advertised value of the tender and the number of years prescribed for completion of work. The bidder needs to submit information on their annual contractual turnover, including total contractual payments in the previous three financial years, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. The subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
