The required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing works of similar nature, with specific requirements as follows: - Completion of a single work of similar nature costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Completion of two works of similar nature, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Completion of three works of similar nature, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), the experience of individual partners can be considered, and the qualifying criteria can be fulfilled in various manners, including: - Any of the JV partner/JV itself having the experience of a single work of similar nature equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Either the JV itself or any one partner matching the requirement of two works of similar nature each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - At least two partners each having completed at least one work of similar nature each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Either the JV itself or any one partner matching the requirement of three works of similar nature, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Any two partners matching the above requirement through completion of at least two works by one partner and one work by another partner of similar nature each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - All three partners matching the above requirement through completion of at least one work of similar nature each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The cost of previous completed works will be given a simple weightage of 7% per year to bring them to the current price level. The proportionate value of experience in proportion to the actual share of the bidder in a joint venture firm/partnership firm will be considered against eligibility, otherwise, it will be taken as 100%. The bidder needs to furnish information including description of qualifying experience, work order number, name and address of the employer, percentage share of each experience, executed value of work, and start and end dates of each qualifying experience.
