(I) Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size excluding shuttering) In ground floor(B) With N.B. Variety stone metal. (a) 1:3:6 proportion

Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttring and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(b) River bazree.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface](ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, windowsill, floor etc.NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

(b) Medium sand (fineness modulus 1.8 to 2).

Stone Metal 30 mm down of N. Bengal variety

Supplying and filling with Charcoal including all cost and conveyance materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specifications

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. and cutting trenches in any soil through masoury concrete structures etc. if necessary and mending good damages including jointing with jointing materials (Spun yarn, valamoid / bitumen/M.seal etc) complete.(B) UPVC fitting:.(a) plain tee.(ii) 110mm Dia.

M.S structural work in colums, beams etc. with simple roled structural members (e.g. joints angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineering -in- charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc weldingconforming to IS: 816 - 1956 & IS :1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 814 - 1957, haulage, hoisting and erections all complete. the rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidential charges such as electricity charges, labour incurance charges etc.(Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for Gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weitghing not less than 22.5Kg./m. or 15% of weight for finished structural members weighing less than 22.5 kg./m. may be incressed to allow for bracket, cleat, revets, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m./ 2nd. floor level from level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initial 8m. or part there of.(I) For structural members/built up sections of specified sections weighing less than 22.5kg./m.

Galvanized plain sheet works (excluding supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 6 mm.dia J or L hook-bolts and nuts .sheet-bolts.limpet and bitumen washers and putty with 150 mm. end lap & 50 mm. minimum side lap complete.(a) In roof : with o.63 mm.sheets.

Supply of UPVC pipes (B Type) & fittings conforming to IS-13592-1992 .Single socketed 3 meter length.

Supplying sign-board made of 25 mm thick sal plank withframe on all side of sal batten 50 mm x 32 mm with nailedon post 3.15mx100mmx100mm and fitting fixing such withdigging holes of dia 300 mm and depth 750 mm in all sorts ofsoil and repacking and consolidating the gap around thepost with cement concrete (1 : 3 : 6) painting 2 coatsincluding cost of nails, bolts and nuts etc. complete in allrespect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Paymentof concrete and painting to be made separately.(ii) 900 mm. x 600 mm. size of board.
