Turfing with Sods Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer including preparation of ground, fetching of sods and watering as per Clause 307 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

The base steel shall be coated with zinc-aluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ 150) (i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zn, 1.6% Si) minimum of 150g/sqm coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorband XRW (Exterior Roofing, Walling) paint system of 35micron Super Durable Polyester (SDP) paint with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming IS 15965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material.
