Construction of un-reinforced , dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design , over a prepared sub-base , with cement content as per IRC-15-2011 , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS-383, maximum size of coarse aggregates not exceeding 25 MM , mixed in a batch mix plant , or RMC and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design as per IRC 44-2008 , laid in approved fixed side form work , steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film , wedged , steel ,plates including levelling the form work as per drawing , spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle , screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion , construction joints applying debonding strips , primer, polysulphide sealant , dowel bars, near approaches to bridge culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved , curing of concrete slabs for 14 days , using curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Drum Sheet walling 1.4 M av. High on Sal Bollah ,Eucaliptus Bolla piling 10 cm dia and 3.25 m long driven 1.75 M av. Below G.L. and 75 cm centre to centre including fitting fixing 3 nos of half bollah pieces from 10cm dia and drum , empty bitumen drum sheet approved condition of height 1.5 M cutting and straightening drum sheet , each joint must over lap length of mimimum 50 mm including cost of necessary nails , bolts, nuts, etc. and providing 2 to 3 m long half bollah ties of 10 cm dia @ 2.25 m centre to centre with 10 cm dia bullah posts driven 1.5 m below G.L. including cost of all materials and one coat of coal taring to all bullah etc. complete as per direction.

Supplying Cement bags in Good Condition filled with local sand or local earth

Providing and fixing Cpncrete Sign Board as per IRC Spoecification of Size 900X750X37 mm thick made with RCC 1:1.5:# with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric 75X75mm mesh and fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm X150mm of height 2.65 m of which top 750 mm is of section 100X 13mm and 1.90 Mtr above G.L. and 0.75 Mtr below G.L. including digging hole , repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stone chips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-inCharge . The Rate is inclusive of cost of reinforcement , concrete , shuttering , nuts, and boltsb , washer etc. complete.
