Half brick masonry with non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conforming io IS :12894, in Cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying 60 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern. factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.all as per standard specifications and as directed at site including cost of all labour, materials, tools & plants,lift & lead,curing,safety measures etc., complete.

15 mm thick cement plaster with CM 1:3 of brick masonry surfaces and Concrete surfaces for exterior plastering for walls as per standard specification and as directed at site including supply of all material,labours,scaffolding,curing, tools & plants,safety measures and all other charges etc., complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, sides of road and for columns

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint(one coat of primer) of approved brand and manufacture including cost of all labour, materials, scaffolding, tools and plants etc., complete.
