Manufacturing, supplying, and installing fiber composite structures of decorative Gazebo (as per attached image) stand with min.6 nos. column over 600 mm height plinth with wooden texture finish, having internal dimension4000 mm and having outer cantilever portion from column face around the periphery in hexagonal or circular in shape with proper reinforced by MS bar covered by glass fiber reinforced polyester or vinyl ester resin matrix approximately 50% glass by weight. A synthetic surface veil shall be the outermost layer covering the exterior surfaces. Glass strand roving’s shall be used internally for longitudinal strength specially for coastal area.All the existing column surface and other exposed surface should be cover by decorative “FRP” laminates. The bottom of Gazebo should be finished by false ceiling with electrification lighting complete job in all respect. The Manufacturer/supplier shall responsible for all labours, materials, equipment, and incidentals governed by this specification. NOTE: The FRP having density may be between 1.2 g/cm3 and 2.0 g/cm3 and panels are about 0.09 inch in thickness, Fiber Mass Fraction 60-80%,fiber Volume Fraction50-60%, water absorption: ≤ 0.2%, synthetic surface veil fabric must encase the glass reinforcement and weigh about 12 ounces per square foot depending on the site condition.
