Erection of temporay well decorated waterproof office (40' X 12') for utsav committee with VIP's sitting arrangement with bathroom, water supply provision, fully covered with glass including antichamber of size 12'X20' ft. made of bamboo and covered with Tarpaulin and hesian cloth (inside), floor to be provided with wooden platform made of ply of good quality as per approved design with supplying of 16 nos PVC chairs 4 PVC tables 3 nos sofas (well cushioned) with cover and dismenteling the structure clear the area in all respect including cost of all materials and labour as per direction and providing one no well decorated VVIP toilet about 48 sqft with EWC, cistern, stand basin, hand shower, towel rail, liquid soap container, stainless steel bib cock, exhaust fan, water connection with tank and complete as per direction of UTSAV authority with disposal of cleaning of the same day by day during UTSAV and dismantaling the same after Utsav period

Fabrication & installation waterproof pandel of 23 nos Government stalls and 8 nos food courts of size 10'X12' with kitchen shed as required, as per approved design. The stalls to be made of Bamboos, hessian cloth, Tarpaulin, tiles. There should be wooden platform covered by carpet & 2' ht facia on top for each stall as per approved design including fixing of banners at facia ( Banners will be suppliied by Depts.. In each stall provision of 6nos. chair and 3nos. table with cover including provision of 2no. 5 Amp. plug point and few numbers of 15 Amp. plug point is required inclusive of all materials, labours, transportation & dismantling after the Utsav & clearing of site complete.

Fabrication & installation of 240 sqft waterproof pandel for PUP pavilion (20''X12'') for Jangal Mahal Utsav including the cost for platform, ethnic design ,made of PLY/MDF, carpet, superstncline, ceiling, furniture, electrical wiring & plug points etc. as per the approved design & direction of the officials of Paschimanchal Unnayan Parshad (inclusive of cost of all materials & labours & supervision, dismantling, and removal of complete structure & debris after the Utsav.

Fabrication & installation of 240 sqft Interior decoration of PUP pavilion (240 sqft) for Jangal Mahal Utsab including the cost for painting of walls with plastic paints, all branding and LED sinage on top, Backlit branding, panels, LCD TV 42'', concealed LED lights, decoration, Jhumar Lights, designer wall paper, Ethnic Lamps etc

Complete Decoration of main stage, Auditorium, gates, stalls etc with ethnic design of Jangal Mahal as per approved design of respective structures and removal of the same after Utsav including cost of all ethnic & handicraft materials, models, murals materials as required according the approved design.

Karigari Hat

Erecting of water proof "Karigari Hat" - 6 pavilions (100'x12') each holding 10 artisans @ 12'x10' per artisan. Façade will be of double layer kichen mess with 2 collapsible gates for each pavilion and 20 tables, 40 nos chairs to be provided in each pavilion.

Construction of temporary tiolet- 5 for Female and 5 for Male.

Repair of tubewell dug in 2021 & necessary arrangemnet to be made for pipe line, fitting in temporary toilet, VIP tiolet, Antichamber including 1 nos. PVC over head tank near temporary toilet.

Installation and decoration of different Gates

Installation of ethnic, well decorated main gate with sal and bamboo frame covered with hesian cloth as per approved design & drawing and removal of the same after Utsav is over including cost of all materials & labour as required.

Installation of one big size automatic LED light gates in Utsav ground adjacent areas as per approved design & decoration with required materials & removal of the same after the Utsav is over including all cost of material & labours.

Fabrication of 3 pillar Gantry made of super structuring with shal ballah & bamboo, digitally printed flex as per approved design, framing & mounting on structure with the ornamental accessories as per aesthetic and ethnic traditional view – a)    3 pillar Gantry – 1 No. (at Panchmathar More)

Lighting & Sound System

Lighting arrangement of stage, ground, stalls, auditorium, vapour light pole, complete as detailed below : a. Vaper pole with 2 overhead light- 16 Nos. b. White Vaper Lamp (400 watt.) - 20 Nos. c. White metal- 30 Nos. d. Green Metal- 30 Nos. e. Two light in each stall - 100 Nos. f. Proper Lighting lighting arrangement of Ground stage, g. Total light of Auditorium, Office room Anti chamber & other areas as required. h. Tube light-150 pcs,overall illumination of the premises & any other light as required.

Lighting of roads (LED), LED chain for building, trees & roads, lighting of 3 nos. gates etc as detailed below-. a. Model "Kalka" on the side of roads-15 Nos. b. Road Rise Chain LED- covering 400 ft. length. c. DG Sound proof Generator (63KV) -3 Nos.

Supplying and installation Package of stage microphone system, horns, cordless microphone, boxes (big, small) microphone system at Utsav Office etc as per the requirement as detailed below : a. Horn -30 pcs. b. Sound system at ground office c. Complete set of microphone on stage. d. Big Box JBL -20 nos. e. Cordless microphone - 8 nos. f. Specking Box - 1 set g. small Boxes - 20 Nos.

Fire fighting & Security

24 hour security arrangement at Utsav premises during the entire Utsav period for 3 days by engaging security personal including gunman as per requirment. a. Ordinary Guard - 12 nos. per shift of 8 hours during Utsav Period. b.Guard with arms -2 nos. per shift of 8 hours during Utsav Period.

Printing, Publicity and Sanitization

50 nos. Flex printing of star quality flex for medium size hoarding 5'X10' as per approved design, fitting the same with wooden frame & fixing the said hoarding in different locations in Jangal Mahal areas of four Districts - Bankura, Paschim Medinipur, Purulia and in Jhargram areas. (Rate should be quoted all inclusive of materials cost, printing charges, transportation and labour charges for fixing those hoardings in different locations all the four districts)

50 nos. Printing & Supplying the following: 4 pages programme handbill for distribution (on colour print A4 size X 4) -1,000 Nos. Coloured flag with stick in satin cloth (4'X3' triangle shape) - 50 Nos. Signage for Utsav ground (2X1) on sun pack board - 150 Nos.

(a) Supplying Cap with print logo for volunteers & organisers - 200 Nos.

Sanitization properly at the entire Utsav ground, Main stage, Auditorium, Utsav Office, Stalls, Karigari hat, Pavilian, Food court etc. twice a day with 6 nos. foot padel sanitaiser for maintening Covid-19 and Health Deparment (W.B) norms throughout Utsav period.

Supplying 3 ply Mask for 8th Jungal Mahal Utsav with printed logo - 2000 (Two Thousand) Nos.

Still Photography & Videography

Still photography with 3 Nos HD quality still camera (preferably SLR) with cameraman to cover the entire Utsav period to produce and submit the following- a) 30 Pcs printed colour photos - 20 copies per day X 3 days b) soft copies of selected & edited still photos in 10 DVD's for all the days. c) 20 pages Digital album (12''X18'') - 2 Nos.

Video photography to cover the entire Utsav period including of editing, composing etc. to produce 10 DVD's of Video structure etc. as per the approved design. The coverage of photography to be done by a team of professional photographs / videographers with at least 2 Nos HD camera, trolley, Drone camera, projector with line feed inclusive of all other accessories required. (The hiring and transportation of equipments, fooding, lodging & travelling of the team of photographer's and any other cost involve should be inclusive of all in the quoted rate.)

Misc supply items

Supply & decoration of the Jangal Mahal Utsav ground with the following Flower/ Foliage plants during the Utsav period -(Total 500 Tubs) including stacking the same at the place directed by the committee after completion of Utsav a) Dianthus in 6'' pot- 50 Nos. b) Marigold in 7'' pot- 50 Nos. c) Chrysanthemum giant in 6'' pot - 50 Nos. d) Chrysanthemum pompom in 8'' pot - 50 Nos. e) Other misc flowers plant in 6'' pot - 50 Nos. f) Different varities of Foliage plant - 50 Nos. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of carrying, transportation, loading / unloading & also decorating the Utsav ground by placing those tubs flower foliage pots at different places. (Decoration to be completed one day before the inauguration of the Utsav).

(a) Supplying of big size dustbin 20 nos. in Utsav ground (b) Sprinkling of water and rolling the Utsav ground every day with roller during Utsav period (c) Supplying of 80 Nos. (20 Nos. x 4 days) unskilled labours for cleaning of mela ground surrounding areas and toitet.

Misc works

Installation & commissioning of 10 nos. C.C. Camera including 4 nos big monitor & other necessary equipments at different locations at the Utsav Ground during the JANGAL MAHAL UTSAV and restoration of the captured video copy and handed over of the same captured copy at the end of the day to the Utsav Authority for security purpose.

Installation of 2 Nos. Giant LED TV for use of live telecast.

Laser show 2(two) different stories, approved by the authority concern, of 20 watt. Pure light multicolor 2 times daily during Utsav Period including production on pre-approved story board, beam show, graphics, photos, logos, names all accessories, necessary transportation and technical personnel all complete in connection with 8 th JUNGLE MAHAL UTSAV to be held at Jhargram.
