Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary. (b)For each additional Depth of 150mm and part thereof.

Supplying, spreading and compacting Sand to required thickness, in layers not exceeding 150 mm to proper gradient and camber, inundating each layer by water and packing and ramming layer by layer to achieve desired compaction, including lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary, curing with water as per direction, mending cracks and depressions by rammingwherever necessary.

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104 for Rural Roads of MORD including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches With good earth in layer not exceeding 15cm including watering and ramming layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation or fresh excavation from land arranged by the department beyond 150 m.

Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments, wing-walls etc. With good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. Including inundating each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer complete including supplying of sand. Quality of sand is approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Soling with laterite boulder of average depth 15 cm including dressing the sub-grade & supplying of materials to site including carriage and filling the gaps with powdered earth or local sand.

Supplying and laying ploythene sheet (150gm/sq.m) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Plain/ Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation with or without reinforcements in any part of foundation of bridge / culverts with graded stone chips of appropriate nominal sizes, including screeing and cleaning of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates (sand) conforming to proper grading zones, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, cost of curing of water, including cost & carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-charge, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. including cost of formwork but excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications. Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Foundation including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 with spigot socket for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106 for Rural Roads of MORD. C) 1000 mm dia

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/ plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supply of materials to site including cost of loading, carriage upto 20 km , unloading and stacking (inclusive of all taxes) as per direction of the Engineer - in -charge. (f) Laterite boulder (i) Each weighing 25kg to 40kg. (without stacking of materials).

Labour charge for dumping laterite stone boulders (25kg & above) with all leads and lifts, (where boats are not necessary).

Hire & Labour Charges for shuttering with or without stagning upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, cross-drain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand & cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and racking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary at Ground floor. [Excluding chipping over concrete surface] (i) with (1:6) cement mortar (c) 15 mm thick.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado,window sill,floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Filler joint iv) Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6% bitumen by weight

Supplying, spreading and consolidating Moorum to a depth of 75 mm at desired density and C.B.R. as per specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants etc. complete as per specification. 75 mm th

Supplying fitting and fixing R.C. guard post 1.37m long with C.C. 1:2:4 with graded stone chips of 13.2mm down casting , curing complete including cost of providing 4nos.of 12mm dia. rod of length 1.54m as main reinforcement and 6 nos. of round shaped 8mm dia rods used as binders; the placing of the first binder should be at 75mm below the top finished surface and the other 5 nos of binders should be placed at 245mm c/c ; the guard post is of octagonal section with inscribed circle of dia 24cm at the base tapering to corresponding dimensions of 16cm at the top including two coats of painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and grade to form 6 nos. horizontal alternate bands in white/tannery yellow and black to 90 cm length standing up above ground after mendinggood damages if any during striking off shuttering,making hole in ground of 47cm depth and 30cm. minimum dia, fixing the guard posts in the same holes and repacking the earth properly so as to keep the guard posts standing properly erect in correct position true to line and length including carriage of R. Providing and erection direction and place identification retro- reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high itensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area execeeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm X 75mm X 6mm, 2. nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45cm X X 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and clause 801 of specifications for Road & Bridge works of Mort&h (5th Revision)
