Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth not exeeding 1500 mm.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single Brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming & dressing to bed to proper level & filling joints with local sand (Including Labour charge)

Cement concrete with graded stone ballast ( 40mm Size excluding shuttering ) In ground floor. A)Pakur Variety. (a) 1:3:6 proportion

Supplying including stacking at site or yard R.C.Hume/spun pipe &collars of different dia metre within an intial distance of 30Km a) 300mm.dia pipe

Laying and joinin of R.C.C.Spun pipe with matching Collars of different sizes mentioned below in fild trenches including handling and carring pipes and matching R.C.C.collars from field stack,loweringthe same within the trench properly positioning and leveling on bricks laid flat, filling the annular space between coller and the pipe joint with jute bearing dipped in cement slurry, grouting with cement and sand mortor (1:2) mixed with approved quality water proofing compound (5% by weight of cement )including cost of cements,bricks for leveling,jute bearing etc.and curing all complete as per direction of Engineering-in-charge (i) 2440mm.long 300 mm. dia.necessary bitumastic compound, filling caulking space with tarred gasket or with rubber gasket of appropriate size & covering with cement mortar (1:2) & testing the joints etc. complete as per drawing, specification including carriage of pipes from site stacks to the place of laying etc. & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Payment to be made on the basis of actual finished length of the pipe line). Brickwork with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6). (a)in foundation and plinth

125mm thick brick work with1stclass bricks in cement mortar (4:1) in ground floor.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] with (1:6) cement mortar (b) 15 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning above1.5 mm thick in wall dado,floor,drain door and window sill etc. complete.

A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved makeand brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. (a) On timber or plastered surface With other than hi-gloss of approved quality- (i) One coat (white in shade)

Painting block letters or digits in Black Japan or any approved paint as per direction. (c) Size above 2.5 cm and upto 4 cm (ii) 25 mm thick

Dressing and chilchalling flanks or slope of embankment including filling with earth or cutting upto 150mm ave. Thickness and ramming properly after sprinkling water

Add @ 12 % of total for CGST and SGST

Labour Welfare Cess @ 1.0 %
