The bidder is required to have prior work experience in designing, constructing, erecting, testing, and commissioning at least one 400kV or above air-insulated substation with at least six bays, which should have been in successful operation for a minimum period of two years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in supplying a Substation Automation System with distributed architecture, which is in successful operation in at least one substation/switchyard of not less than 220 KV class for a minimum of one year. The bidder should also have executed large industrial projects on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, with a total value of such projects being INR 5000 million or more, and one of such projects should have a contract value of INR 2000 million or more. The bidder should have completed works of a specified value, with the value of executed works given a simple weightage to bring them at the current price level by adding 5% for each completed year after the end date of experience. The specified value of executed works is INR 10000 million or more and INR 4000 million or more. However, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The average annual turnover of the bidder should not be less than ₹ 25549 Million in the preceding three financial years.
