Wireless Portable Electronic Target Unit Systems It will have wireless Portable Electronic Target Units with following common features: a. TARGET MOVEMENTS: Raising and lowering of target profile (fig 11/ fig 12 / Rubia) in various types of movements- pop up, turning, swivel, and swing out with same target machine. b. OTHER SPECIFICATIONS: The housing should be of zinc treated stainless steel (material test certificate to be submitted along with technical bid) with tubular frame for easy carrying and stocking. The mechanism and related parts and accessories should be weather proof and function normally under rain etc. Should meet IP67 or higher guidelines. The mechanism should have fixed military grade ports for attachments of optional accessories – portable lighting system and infrared proximity sensors. c. PORTABILITY: The mechanism should be man portable and should not be over 20Kgs (±10%). SIZE: 500mmx300mmx400mm (LxWxH). d. TARGET REACTIONS: The integrated processing unit should allow the user to adjust the reactive behaviour of each target mechanism. i. The mechanism can be programmed to turn away after selected number of bullet hits. ii. The mechanism will turn away after the selected no. of hits and then return after selected time has elapsed. e. POWER: The mechanism should be powered via a 12v portable battery pack with the capacity to support minimum 5 hours of usage or 1500 movements minimum. Battery pack should be portable not weight more than 6kgs (±10%) and connected via military spec quick fit connectors (should take less than 5 seconds to connect). It should be interchangeable and common to all target systems. f. CONNECTIVITY: All wireless components should operate at a frequency of 458.5 MHZ to avoid conflict with telecom towers. Effective wireless range of upto 1000Mtrs (Line of Sight). Should have atleast 5 wireless channels to allow simultaneous usage on 5 ranges in close proximity.

Moving Target System. a. Portable trolley operated through a wireless controller with a minimum of 3 target profiles. Should be easily detachable from the track and have tubular carry handles on each side. b. Selectable speed of up to 3.5 meters per second with atleast 4 selectable speed modes. c. Maximum weight of the trolley should not exceed 25 Kilos. d. Minimum load carrying capacity for trolley should not be less than 50 Kilos. e. Should have the provision to mount a Multifunction Target system. f. The dimensions should not exceed 800 x 520 x 230 mm (LXWXH) g. Fully loaded travel distance of up to 2 Km on a fully charged battery h. Operational wireless range of upto 1000 Meters (line of sight). i. Powered via portable battery pack not weight more than 9kgs (±10%), which can be detached for recharging. j. Track should be portable and made of equally sized sections to allow for quick setup on any flat surface. The dimension of the track should not be more than 1.5 x 0.5 meters (LXW). k. Track should be robust and weather proof made of galvanized mild steel or a similar alloy. l. Track should have sensors at the both ends to automatically slow and then stop the trolley.

Battery. a. 12Vdc detachable battery pack with a quick fit military type connector. b. Each battery should not weigh more than 6Kgs for Wireless Portable Electronic Target Units & 9kgs for Moving Target System. c. Battery type should be sealed and rechargeable and common to all target systems. d. Should provide minimum 6 hours of battery life. e. Should be compatible with both the Multifunction and Moving targets.
