Cost of Labour for Maintenance of Kitchen garden including preparation of beds manuring/fustigation weeding hoewing watering planting of vegetable seeds including spraying of insecticide and pesticide and Harvesting as per direction of officer in charge

Cost of Hiring Garden Equipments including maintenance : (a) Lawn Mover (1 Nos), Mowing machine (1 Nos), Brush Cutters (2 Nos), Backpack spray (8 Ltrs capacity, 2 Nos), Hands spray (2 Ltrs capacity, 8 Nos), Small Wheel Barrow (2 Nos), Wheel Barrow Box Type (2 Nos), Water Can (10 Nos), Garden Hose 3/4 inch 600 feet (2 nos), Hedge cutter machine (2 Nos) (b) Supplying Bamboo, Synthetic Paint (green), Good garden soils, Silver Sand, Petrol and Mobil for above M/c, Coconut String, Cotton String/Sutli, Nylon String, Coconut Stick, Coconut Stick, Cane Basket, etc.

Maintenance of trees/shrubs, hedge, lawn, seasonal beds, kitchen gardens, existing flower pots, etc., and supply of fully grown readily seasonal flower (1000 Nos. approx), seasonal plants, including 8" to 12" earthen pots/terracotta pots/ceramic pots, of approved variety i.e., Dahlia, Chrysanthemum of pompom, giant variety calendula, Merry gold, Onlex, Zinnia, Sunflowers, Roses, etc., as per requirement and placing the plants in different locations as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (excluding cost of labour and tools and tackles, as per requirement) (a) Supplying seeds seedlings, organic manure, insecticides, pesticides, weedicides, etc., as per site requirement (b) Supply of Cow dung manure, vermi compost, bone dust, nimkhol, urea, super phosphate, muriate of potash, bloodmeal, etc., as per site requirement (c) Medicine related to above works (Different variety, as per requirement)

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Application of weedicides manually including cost of chemicals, spares including manpower as per direction of EIC (approx 1440 sqm)

Removal of rubbish outside the premises in conformity as per NKDA rules by means of mechanical transport, distance considering approximately 16 km.

Cost of maintenance charges from fountain with related accessories and tennis court.
