A. Maintenance of Trees/Shrubs: It comprises of mulching of soil once in a week manuring with requisite quantities of manure and fertilizers once in a month for proper growth of plants, spraying insecticides and fungicides twice in a month watering daily, pruning and trimming trees once in a month including re-plantation of dead trees: Total trees/shrubs inside the complex. B. Maintenance of Hedge: It comprises of cleaning and pruning once in a week manuring once in a month with requisite quantities of manures & fertilizers for proper growth of hedge plants watering daily, spraying insecticides and fungicides twice in a month and mulching of soils once in a week etc all complete job as per instruction of EIC. Total hedge inside the complex. C. Maintenance of Lawn: It comprises of the following mowing of grass once in a week weeding, sweeping and cleaning, watering daily, spraying insecticides and fungicides once in a month, racking and forking where necessary manuring twice in a month with requisite quantities of manures and fertilizers for proper growth of lawn to develop carpet green grass including top dressing two times before and after monsoon with requisite quantity of silver sand, leaf mould and bone meal etc all complete job as per instruction of EIC. Total lawn area inside the complex. D. Maintenance of Seasonal Bed: Preparation of seasonal bed comprises of digging soil upto 300 mm removal of weeds and foreign materials, scorching of soil by sun rays, breaking of soil clods by bamboo beaters, application of requisite quality of cow dung and mustard oil cake, leveling and dressing of beds, planting seedlings, application of liquid/dry manure (aluminum sulphate), super phosphate and murato potash of requisite quantity after 20 days of plantation at 15 days interval for proper growth of plants, spraying insecticides and fungicides twice in a month watering daily weeding cleaning and mulching of bed once in a week etc. all complete job as per instruction of EIC size of bed 1.2 x 2.5 mtrs. of 8 nos (approx). E) Annual Maintenance of various types of decorative green plants of sizes varying from 450 mm to 1200 mm (aprox) consists of mulching of soil, pruning and trimming of plants, manuring spreading insecticides and fungicides as and when required, replacement of dead plants and damaged earthen pots, watering daily etc. including supplying of necessary materials such as good garden soil, manures, insecticides and fungicides, green plants, earthen pots etc. as required for proper growth of plants etc. all complete job as per direction of EIC (Total No. of Plants – 250 nos)

Providing and Displaying Antirrhinum Hybrid Dwarf variety (3 in one) well developed with fresh & healthy Flower multi branch in full bloom in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
