Cleaning by sweeping/dry mopping/wet mopping as applicable the quay sides/roads/berms/pavement/stair cases/landings/building entrances/office floors etc. all inside Dock area as may be required and cleaning surroudnding drains (including Sundays and Holidays, if so directed) using approved quality phenyl/bleaching powder/carbolic acid/stain removing chemical etc. at suitable places at required quantities, with supply and provision of all required tools and tackles e.g. mops, brooms, pans, shovels, buckets, hand carts, ladders etc. and all consumables e.g. phenyl, bleaching powder etc. and carrying and dumping the accumulated rubbish to the nearest garbage bins as per direction of the Engineer or his representative at site all complete on per operation basis. The rate is inclusive of cost of supply of all labourers, tools and tackles, all consumables, supervision etc. all complete. (One operation consists of engagement of one conservancy mazdoor alongwith consumables & equipments as mentioned for 8 hrs. duty from 8-00 A.M. to 5-00 P.M. including 1 hr recess).

Providing services of one conservancy mazdoor for sweeping, cleaning, mopping of toilet floors and walls with approved quality floor cleaner/muriatic acid/phenyl/detergent powder etc.providing air freshner (Godrej, Oronil or equivalent) etc. cleaning (including removing stains) of urinal bowls, squatting plates, water closets including seats and seat covers, wash basins, outer face of low level cisterns with approved quality cleaners (Harpic or equivalent), removing minor internal chokages (if required), cleanin/polishing of the mirrors, bib cock, pillar/stop cocks, health faucets, towel rails/racks, bathtubs etc. and other fittings with approved quality cleaners, providing of napthalene balls in the gents urinals bowls, all complete on per operation basis to the satisfaction of the departmental supervising staff. The rate rate is inclusive of cost of supply of all labourers, tools and tackles (brooms, mops, pans etc), all consumables (like napthalene balls, toilet cleaner, floor cleaner, phenyl etc.), supervision etc. all complete. (One operation consists of engagement of one conservancy mazdoor alongwith consumables, tools and plants as mentioned for 8 hrs. duty from 8-00 A.M. to 5-00 P.M. including 1 hr. recess).

Cleaning sewrage/sludge/dirty water etc. from inspection pits of size not less than 60cm x 60cm x 60cm (inner side) including removing the pit cover, disposal of the taken out material within a lead of 150 meters and placing the pit cover in original position without damaging the pit cover & frame, spreading bleaching powder surrounding the pits. The rate is inclusive of cost of bleaching powder, all labourers, tools & tackles etc. complete.
