Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supply & making end termination with brass compressor gland and aluminium lugs for following sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor armoured cables 1.1KV grade as required.

3.5 X 50 sq mm (35mm).

Supply & making end termination with brass compressor gland and copper lugs for following sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE copper conductor armoured cables 1.1KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipes complete with GI fittings in ground complete with jack push method (75 cm deep) as required

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supply and Fixing of 200 watts, LED integral flood light with driver inside a PDC houing energy efficient light fittings complete to ensure uniform distribution area lighting including all accessories for fixing/mounting on pole connection, testing, commissioning as required. (BVP283 LED240 CW FG SY5WB 200W SPD V1 of Philips or equivalent.)

Supply and Fixing of 400 watts, LED integral flood light with driver inside a PDC houing energy efficient light fittings complete to ensure uniform distribution area lighting including all accessories for fixing/mounting on high mast pole connection with 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper wire, testing, commissioning as required. (CFS-509-400-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG OR CFS-512-400-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG of Crompton or equivalent.)

Supply and Fixing High performance street light luminaire with SPD having single die ceramic base high power LED light source, IP66 protection, PDC housing with finless design and polycarbonate cover (IK08). The luminaire family comes with dedicated street optics fixing dia 48-60 mm for fixing/mounting in existing pole with L-shaped Pipe, connection, testing, commissioning as required. (BRP331 LED54 CW R5N PC PSU S1 V1 of Philips or equivalent.)

Supply and drawing of 1.5 sq.mm 1.1 KV grade FR PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed three core (colour of cores are red, black & green) bright annealed bare copper conductor flexible cable conforming to IS 694:2010 and ISI marked.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, cores laid up, Thermoplastic tape inner sheathed, armoured and extruded PVC type ST2 outer sheathed Aluminium Conductor armoured power cables conforming to IS 7098 ( Part - 1) 2011 and ISI marked of following sizes

3.5 X 50 sq mm A2XWY/A2XFY cable.

4 X 16 sq mm A2XWY/A2XFY cable.

Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of compartmentalised cubicle Panel as per CPWD Electrical spefication front operated outdoor cubical type MV Feeder panel of suitable size, Minium depth 300 mm(D) suitable for operation on 440V, three phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system. The panel shall be fabricated by 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel with necessary anti-corrosive tretment and shall be dust and vermin proof construction along with body earthing, suitable for installation on Brick/concrete foundation (Minimum Height - 300 mm from ground level) with the facilities as per Annexure-II. Incoming: DPX3 - 160, MCCB 16 kA, 100A Thermal magnetic releases four pole MCCB with rotary type handle and speeder link for termination both side. -1Set. (DPX3 160 of Legrand Model - 420015 / eqv. ) Bus Bar: 150A TPN Aluminium Bus bar (insulated).-1Set. Outgoing: A) DRX - 100, MCCB 10 kA, 63A Thermal magnetic releases four pole MCCB with rotary type handle and speeder Link for termination both side.- 3 Set. (DRX - 100, 027029 of Legrand / eqv.), and 32 Amp TP MCB(10KA)-01 no. (Model 408658 of Legrand/eqv.) Metering: 3 ph 4 wire (0-500V) Digital Voltmeter with Phase selector switch- 1set. (0-150A) Digital Ammeter with CTs and Phase selector switch- 1set. Phase indication LED lamps with fuse and control -3 Nos,as required. All are to be fitted inside the pannel.Make- AE/L&T/Legrand/ eqv.

SITC of 20 Mtr. Long Galvanized Polygonal High Mast for 50 Mtr/Sec wind speed, Door arrangement will be provided for winch mounting Lighting Finial, Foundation Bolts, Head Frame with Lantern Carriage suitable for fix 08 Nos Lum (400W) Symmetrically shall also be provided. The mast shall have an integral powertool installed inside the base compartment for its operation along with Supply & Fixing of Cu Cable of power Tool motor, Wiring for Luminaries, (2+3 suspension) SS wire rope, trailing cable, Compensating Disc, L-Stoper (3 nos), Manual operating handle, Mounting plates Lighting Arrestor and earthing spike (GI), GI Junction box, All nuts in SS with others Hardware. Foundation Bolt-special steel along with nuts, washers, Anchorplate & Template. (Technical Data in Annexure-I). Job inclusive of Erection of 20 Mtr High Mast with the help of suitable modern engg. Equipments, tools & plants, and wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials etc. as required.

Supply of 4.00 sq.mm 1.1 KV grade FR PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed 04-core Armoured bright annealed bare copper conductor flexible cable conforming to IS 7098(part-1):2011 and ISI marked.

Supply and fixing of single dome Aviation Light Type LED/GLS/Neon Spiral with lamps, connection with cu wire etc as required.

SITC of Outdoor Feeder Pillar Box (control panel) on Brick/concrete foundation (Minimum Height - 300 mm from ground level) with grey enamel paint, 32A TPN MCB incomer, Digital timer contractor circuit for the autometic control of luminaries, outgoing terminals though 32A SP MCB - 4 nos (per phase & neutral) and control circuit(Forward & Reverse) for the power tool motor etc as required.

Supply and fixing of henged cover MS looping box,1.5 meter above the ground level of the existing street light pole, box made by 16 SWG MS Sheet of size 200mm X 250mm X 100mm deep, including painting with 1No. 6 Amp. rating, 240 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, SP MCB and 63 Amp. 4 pole insulated looping Terminal connector and one earthing point etc. as required.

CIVIL PART

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping etc & removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and fixing anchor bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work: 80 mm nominal dia Pipes.
