Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm + 0.05 %, total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Trapizoidal profiled colour coated sheet.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Upto 16m height. (No separate payment shall be made for scaffolding).

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of Royale Luxury emulsion paint of Asian Paints/ Silk Luxury emulsion of Berger or equivalent product of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work. Upto 16m height. (No separate payment shall be made for scaffolding).

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ltr and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coat.

Providing and fixing PVC flexible waste pipe for sink and wash basin : 32 mm dia

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick calcium silicate board on existing ceiling grid.

Providing and fixing 100mm wide Vista (levelor make) or equivalent vertical blinds (dust gurd) of approved colour including labour material all complete.

Removing chokage of G.I., CPVC, H.C.I. or S.W. pipe of any dia ( Underground ) with split bamboo or any other suitable method as directed.

Supplying bubble free float glass of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 2835-1987: 5mm thick coloured / tinted / smoke/ frosted glass.

Supply of UPVC pipes (B Type) & fittings conforming to IS-13592-1992: Single Socketed 3 Meter Length: 160 mm dia

Labour for fitting and fixing U.P.V.C. pipes for above ground work including cost of jointing materials etc. fitting and fixing all necessary specials, cutting pipes, cutting holes in walls or R.C. floor where necessary and mending good all damages excluding the cost of masonry or concrete work, if necessary, but including the cost and fitting and fixing holder bat clamps (any floor) or for underground work including cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre and refilling the same complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. (Payment will be made on centre line measurement of the total pipeline including specials. Above ground 160 mm dia.

Rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement based water proof wall putty of approved make and brand (1.5mm thick).

Labour charge for fabrication and installation of composite door, window, partitions made from annodized extruded alloy aluminium sections for the following units:- Glazed aluminium sliding windows made of extruded and annodized alloy aluminium sectios, fabrications, including cutting to proper shape and size, drilling and aligning of window shutter frame fitted with in built locking arrangements, sliding rollers and other necessary fittings, fixture, adhesives and joineries along with extruded neoprine or EPDM gasketing in between window frame and masonry work (walls, column, beam.lintels etc.) as well as between glass and shutter frame for fixing glass and Polysulphide sealant and in between shutter and window frame where necessary including cutting to requisite size and fixing glass as per drawing, specification and direction of EIC. The rate includes the hire charge of all tools and plants, including all incidental charges, adhesive, joineries such as screw, cleat angle etc. but excluding the cost of extruded aluminium sections, glass, neoprene / EPDM gasket, locking arrangement and rollers: Fixed glazing.

Polishing only of old marble or terrazo work with oxalic acid powder using 33 gms/ sq.m. by manual labour / machine where necessary.

The A.C unit must be copper condensing coil, finally leak testing. Complete in all respect ( make Hitachi, carrier, blue star , voltas, L.G or equivalent).Complete in all respect and make it functional.The work as to be carried out as per Annexure –1.
