Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Digging of hole bellow the metal road by jack push method and providing 80 mm dia. medium class G.I. (including supply of pipe.)

Supply and commissioning front operated outdoor cubical type free standing Feeder pillar panel on suitable foundation, operation on 415V, three phase, 4wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system. The panel shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel with necessary anti-corrosive tretment and shall be dust and vermin proof construction suitable for installation on floor with the following facilities. The panel shall consisting of the followings. 4 ways vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A, tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate,interconnection with suitable wire including painting,earthing, connection, testing, commissioning etc as required. Incomer - 125 Amp FP MCCB(25kA) - 1No. Outgoing - 63 Amp TP MCB(10kA) - 01No, 32 Amp TP MCB(10kA) - 03Nos.

Supply and Installation of 400W LED Flood lighting luminaire with single die ceramic base high power LED PDC housing with integrated flood optics to ensure uniform distribution ideal for sports lighting including clamp, nut bolt and all accessories for fixing High mast Pole mounting, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. (BVP485 LED427 CW NB PSU SPD GR of Philips or equivalent.)

SITC of twin dome aviation obstruction lights of Min 2X40W LED/GLS/Neon Spiral with lamps, connection with cu wire etc as required.

Supply of 25 Mtr. Long Galvanized Polygonal High Mast for 180 km wind speed, Door arrangement will be provided for winch mounting Lighting Finial, Foundation Bolts, Head Frame with Lantern Carriage shall also be provided. The mast shall have an integral powertool installed inside the base compartment for its operation along with Supply & Fixing of Cu Cable of power Tool motor, Wiring for Luminaries, (2+3 suspension) SS wire rope, trailing cable, Compensating Disc, L-Stoper (3 nos), Manual operating handle, Mounting plates Lighting Arrestor and earthing spike (GI), GI Junction box, All nuts in SS with others Hardware. Foundation Bolt-special steel along with nuts, washers, Anchorplate & Template. (Technical Data in Annexure-I)

Erection of High Mast with the help of suitable modern engg. Equipments, tools & plants, and wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials etc. as required.

Supply of Outdoor Feeder Pillar Box (control panel) with grey enamel paint, 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial timer contractor circuit for the autometic control of luminaries, outgoing terminals though 32A SP MCB - 4 nos (per phase & neutral) and control circuit for the power tool motor etc as required.

Erection and commissioning of Outdoor Feeder Pillar Box (control panel and Power panel) on suitable foundation including all materials etc as required.
