Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm. Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing & Fixing horizontal level suspended ceiling comprising of GI Microlook Lay-in Plain metal ceiling WITH 15 MM EXPOSED GRID SYSTEM consisting of 600x600mm (Nominal Size) Lay-in tiles of 120 gsm galvanized steel as per IS 277 (2003) suitable for architectural finishes in 0.5 mm thickness as per IS:513 (1994) in Global white color with Square Tegular/Microlook 90˚ edge having 8mm drop and 5.5mm flange. The difference between the 2 diagonal dimensions of the tile to be less than 1mm. Tiles shall be flattened by precision leveller to minimize sag to less than 1/400mm. The tile shall be electrostatically polyester powder coated using RoHS compliant powder having coating thickness ranging from 60-80 microns. The powder coating shall pass Salt Spray Test for 750 Hours as per ASTM B117, QUV –A Test for 1000 hours as per ASTM G-154 – (Cycle – 1) and Humidity test for 1000 hours as per DIN 50017. The powder coating shall have an adhesion of GT0 as per EN ISO 2409. The shade variation across batches shall be delta E1 using Excite/BYK Gardner instrument and gloss level 25±5% at 60˚ as per ASTM D523. The tile shall have a Light Reflectance of ≥ 63% in accordance with ASTM 1477-98 and Fire Performance of Class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6 & 7 in module size of 600x600mm. All border cut tiles shall be laid, using lay-in end cap for installation to have a Microlook effect on perimeters. Detailed specification of material, suspension system and installation procedure are enclosed in Annexure "A".

Providing & Fixing of Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with 15mm thick RH100 Board Edge Tiles with Prelude 24mm face exposed grid. The tiles shall have smooth bright laminated visual with Humidity Resistance (RH) of 100%, NRC 0.7 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 standard, CAC of 31db as per ASTM E1414, Light Reflectance ≥88% as per ASTM E-1477, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.060 W/mK, Colour Global White, Fire Performance of A2-s1, d0 as per EN 13501-1 with 15mm board edge in module size of 600 x 600mm. The scrim on the face of the tile shall be cleanable, washable up to 500 cycles as per ASTM D-4828 and resistant to disinfectants. The tile shall be tested for Anti-Microbial activity and shall achieve an efficacy of at least 99% when tested against selected strands of bacteria and virus as per JIS-Z2801 (2010). The scrim on the face of the tile shall achieve cleanroom classification of Class 1 as per ISO 5. It shall be suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of up to 38.1% having VOC Emissions class of A+. The tile shall comply with Indoor Air Comfort Gold requirements, version 7.0 (2020) and this certification shall ensure compliance with LEED & GRIHA certification. Detailed specification of material, suspension system and installation procedure are enclosed in Annexure "B".

Providing and Fixing of Acoustical Wall Panel with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick, wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent fabric as per the approved shade (Husk, Copper, Sangria, Sesame, Coffee, Charcoal, Titanium, Flame, Peanut and Shell). The panel shall be classified for Fire Class A, as per ASTM E-84. The Acoustical Wall Panel shall be of sizes 600x600mm (Nominal) or 600x1200mm (Nominal) and shall achieve an NRC of 0.85 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) with 50mm airgap as per ASTM C423 to be fixed to wall on a framework of wooden battens and using Wall panel Impalers (supplied by the manufacturer) or by using construction adhesives (as per the instructions laid down by the manufacturer). The fibre glass substrate shall have a recycle content of 85%. approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Detailed specification of material, suspension system and installation procedure are enclosed in Annexure "C".

Providing and Fixing Channelled Woodworks perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400 mm, made of a Moisture resistant fibre board substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade (Portland Maple, Sea Beech, Siam Wood & Mystique Walnut, Interior White, Alumina Pearl) and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the reverse surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation with consecutive 3mm wide groove followed by 13mm of visible pane. The edges of the panel shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to fix special clips for installation and seamless visual. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven Soundtex acoustical fleece hot pressed to achieve NRC of 0.6. (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 and Humidity Resistance (RH) of 70% with camber limit less than 1mm/1000mm and bow less than 1mm/300mm.The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines (keel) using inside clips provided by and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Detailed specification of material, suspension system and installation procedure are enclosed in Annexure "D".

Providing and fixing Mineral Fibre, 1 layer magnesite bonded wood wool acoustic panel, 1mm thick fibre, exquisite surface structure, building biology recommended, size 1200 x 600 x 25mm, having edge detail AK-01 (5mm bevel on all 4 sides), weight 11.30 Kg/Sqm, fire protection class B-s1,d0 as per EN 13501-1 & Humidity Resistance of 95%. Thickness Tolerance T2 (± 1 mm) according to EN 13168. Wood wool panels to be PEFC/BIS certified confirming that the wood used originates from responsibly managed forests. Detailed specification of material, suspension system and installation procedure are enclosed in Annexure "E".

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows/ doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10 mm for Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks and Inline sash adaptor (where ever required) of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head, comprising of matching polyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367 : Part 1 to 14, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame, sash & mullion (if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed duly sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of approved size and quality, all complete as per approved drawing conforming to CPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Section of steel reinforcement and cross sections of uPVC profiles to be as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Wire mesh / Glazing of plain/ toughened/ laminated/ double glass unit with / without high performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS: 3548 & IS: 16231 shall be paid separately. Note:- Structural design proof checked from a Government Engineering Institute, to be provided by the manufacturer for : (i) Sites with basic wind speed 45 m/sec as per IS 875 — Part 3 (ii) Sites with structure height more than 20m for all wind speeds Using R2 series with frame (40 mm & above) x (40 mm & above) & sash (25 mm & above) x (50 mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated touch locks with hook (Height upto 1.2 metre).

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type §, including cost of adhesive of approved quality: 1.5 mm thick.

French spirit polishing : Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler.

RAC PART

Supply & Installation of 1.5TR inverter wall mounted Split type A.C unit with BEE 3 star rated. Including copper pipes for suction & discharge lines with proper insulation and power cable as per technical requriment ( Approx. 9 ft. per machine), The A.C unit must be copper condensing coil, Eco Friendly Refrigerant, finally leak testing. Complete in all respect ( make Hitachi, carrier, blue star , voltas, L.G or equivalent.Complete in all respect and make it functional.The work as to be carried out as per Annexure –1. )

If necessary Supplying and fixing of copper pipe for suction & discharge lines with proper insulation. Complete in all respect and make it functional.The work as to be carried out as per Annexure –1.
