No. 2 per month. 6) ESI @ 0.75% of Sl. No.2 per month. 7) TAKE HOME NET PAY (Sl no 4 – 5 – 6). 8) PF @ 13.61% of Sl. No.2 above per month. 9) ESI @ 3.25% of Sl. No.2 per month. 10) Total : (Sl No. 4 + 8 + 9) 11) Service Charge @ __________________ (Inword)___________________________% of Sl. No. 10 per month (Service Charges should be positive and it will be quoted in green column. Service charge should include necessary Tax liabilities). 12) Total: (Sl No. 10+11) per month. 13) Total Quantity/Nos of Skilled workers (Eleven months) 11x5= 55 Nos. 14) Total: (Sl No.12 X Sl No.13) for the contract period. 15) Add LS DA enhancement of labour @ 6 % of SL No 16. 16) National (3)+ Festive Holiday(1) = 4 days in a year @ Rs 666.00 = Rs 666x5x4= Rs 13,320.00. 17) GST @ 18% of Sl. No. 14. 18) Grand Total (16+17). The Institute will make payment of Minimum wages as notified by Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India from time- to time and EPF,ESI, Bonus and applicable service tax at prescribed rates. This percentage will remain firm/unchanged during the contract period. TDS as applicable will be deducted.
