Providing and fixing of 06 Mtr long GI Pole of 65 mm dia Class: B with 3.6 mm thickness confirming to IS-1161:2014 used for street lights pole, welded with GI base plate with dimension 300mm X 300mm X 5mm, Grouted in a concrete mixture of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 grade stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) column, having depth 1 Mtr ( in which 600 mm will be projected above ground level) and dia of 400 mm (min) etc. complete as required including making pole coller of size 600 mm above from ground level and having 4 mtr dia as required.

Providing and fixing of GI bracket suitable for 65 mm dia GI Pole with 40 mm dia, 3.2 mm thickness 1.5 mtr long GI bracket arm for holding solar light assembly (confirming to IS-1161:2014), which should be bended on at a suitable angle to maxmise uniform illumination of desired level over a specified area. The arm length of luminaire bracket from pole should be 600 mm (min) for easy approachability of fittings to carry out its repairing and replacement etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing of 30 Watt white LED light with LED chip efficiency 135 Lumen/watt, the colour temperature of white LED light will be between 5700 K to 6500 K, the temperature of heat sink should be 20° C above ambient temperature during operation, CRI 70%. Lighting quality: Free from glare, Flickering and UV, with motion sensor, Wattage - power consumption of the LED Luminaries/ lighting unit = 30 watt (including LED and driver power loss) and charge controller with ≤ 20 mA at rated voltage and rated current, with maintenance free long life Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery (LiFePo4 ) 12.8V, 30 Ah at STC, with Battery cycle life of 2000 cycle at 80% discharge, to operate from dusk to dawn, IP 65 or better with corrossion resistant metallic frame structure having vandal resistance IK 06 and with suitable rated DC wire for connection. Provided with full protection against open circuit, accidental short circuit and for reverse polarity along with 2 LED indicators: a green light to indicate charging in progress and a red LED to indicate deep discharge condition of the battery. The green LED will glow only when the battery is actually being charged (Approved makes: AXXON /Philips /GE/Wipro/Surya).
