Supplying and making indoor cable end jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs and other jointing materials, for 3x70 sqmm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of 100 mm dia UPVC pipe (medium class) along with all accessories like couplers etc complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc in the existing trench complete as required.

SITC of Indoor type compartmentlazed panel of various sizes (to be given by Engg in charge) upto 600 mm depth suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz A.C. made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet complete with required hardware duly painted with power coated. Panel having separated detachable gland plate, both side opening with locking arrangement earth bar / stud and providing detachable gland plate at the bottom of the panel, earthing stud 400 A / 415 V 4 Strip aluminium bus bar duly PVC sleaved, connection, interconnection with bus bars having 25% extra capacity of the rated MCCBs with spreader links and solid copper conductor cable 10 Sqmm / Solid aluminium rod for MCBs (where required) for incoming / outgoing cables, links for spare MCCBs, heavy duty connectors / terminal for three and single phase cable connections for MCBs and fixing the panel on angle iron / C type Channel frame duly painted of suitable size of panel made out of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm minimum height from floor 30 cms including small panel fan-02 Nos with louvers for exhaust etc complete as required ans dismentling the existing panel, incoming /outgoing connection wires etc complete as required.(Panel size should be as per design & drawing approved by Engg in charge).

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity Triple pole 415 Volt MCCB with fixed Thermal Magnetic Trip Unit (TMD) with aluminium bus bar link in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cublcle panel, making connections, i/c dismentling the existing switchgears alongwith electrical acessories etc as required. a) 125 Amp, 25 KA

Providing and fixing following rating onload changeover switch four pole (open execution) in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections i/c dismentling the existing feeder pillar alongwith electrical accessories.
