Providing and fixing Multi wall Hollow polycarbonate sheet ( Twin wall type overall thickness 10 mm ) roofing with the following properties :- i) Light transmission : 25-45%, ii) U-factor : 2.1 Waat/ m² °K ( Min ) iii) Min.Cold bending radius : 1.75 Mtr iv ) Service Temperature : -40°C to +120°C v) Thermal expansion / contraction range 3 mm / Mtr vi) Coefficient of Linear Thermal expansion : 0.065 mm /Mtr°C vii) Charpy (Notched ) : 10 KJ/m² ( Min ) viii) Charpy (Unnotched ) : No break ix) Impact falling dart : 40-400J x) Sound Transmission Class : 20 db The sheets shall be fixed using 4.8 mm dia and 19 mm long ( Min ) Zinc plated Carbon steel self drilling / self tapping screws with EPDM seal and GI Washer 16 mm dia , complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
