Supplying removable raised/false access flooring air flow grille system of size 600x600mm with damper of approved make for different plenum height as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of:

(a) The Air Flow grille shall be constructed from mild steel oval perforated top and a specially designed side channel section which houses a pre-punched top perforated sheet, heavy duty 20x5 mm vertical mesh is provided to support the grille at regular location to ensure flatness and high load carrying capacity .The top sheet and the and bottom frame are resistance welded at approx 100 locations. The air flow grille shall be 40 micron epoxy coated and shall be designed to take a point load and UDL of the adjacent panel. (b) The grille complements the existing Access Floor Panel in load bearing capacities. The point load of this grille is 1250 lbs/Sq.inch (As per CISCA). Compatible with Access floor Grades 800 / 1000 / 1250. c) Oval Perforation shall have a minimum 43 % area of opening to achieve the air distribution CFM 1250 at 0.5mm pressure drop. Epoxy powder coated & ESD paint finishes. (d) Oval Perforation is to be fully compatible with raised floor systems constructed with wood core and calcium sulphate panels and also compatable with raised floor systems with cementitious panels. (e) Air Flow Grille with an option of adjustable aluminium volume control damper. The damper could be either sliding type or opposed blade damper which is designed with grooved blades overlapping the adjacent blades and ACHIEVING ALMOST 98 % CUT OFF (f) Designed and constructed to avoid airflow turbulence for bottom discharge (g) Designed to provide uniform air flow to achieve optimum performance for required CFM’s at corresponding static pressure.

Supplying of pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug complete as per site requirement and direction of the Engineer-in charge.

Renewing of existing false flooing by air flow grille-600x600mm size with damper supplied by BSNL including removal of the existing false flooring with proper precaution and stacking the old materials uotp 50 m lead and 5 m list as per direction of as per site requirement and direction of Engineer in charge.

Repairs of opening/damaged portion of existing false flooring to prevent leakage of cooling air flow due to reorientation of equiptment with old false floor boards as per site requiremets and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: 1) Adjustable supporting post stringer, or any other frame work required to rapairing the damaged floor area will be paid seperately 2). Area of one full size false flooring board of 600x600mm will be measured for payment purpose for partial repairing or patch repairing works.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

(a) For fixed portion (i) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

(b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). (i) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Carriage of departmental dismantled Aluminium partition/ door window materials etc. by mechanical transport including sorting of materials at receiving store and loading, unloading and stacking at site as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Upto a distance of 25 Km and materials weight upto 1000 Kg.

Dismantling aluminium partition, door shutter by dismembering parts including carefully taking out snap beadings, boards, glass panes and marking & stacking the materials upto 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for refixing aluminium partition, door shutters with available aluminium members, glassess, boards according to drawing/ sketches at different location with new screws, gaskets, joint angles as required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Handeling and carriage of materials , New aluminium sections, snap beadings, board or glass if required, to be paid for separately).
