Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. (a) Twin rubber stopper

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete : (a) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : (a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: (a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing R.B. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

For fixed portion: Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Checking the exisiting 40 metre Ground Base Tower (GBT) by manual means or by handy tools for checking and counting nut-bolts, washers and damaged/missing tower members for repalcement where necessary and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for tightening of all the nuts & bolts, washers etc. for all components of tower, viz. climbing ladders, platform, railing, antenna mount fixture, web guide, connecting plates, base plates, etc. upto specified value of the torque by use of wrench torque rachet type to attain maximum torque as recommended to each nut & bolt of the existing 40M height GSM Tower all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. [ The rates includes cost of labour for fixing of new nuts & bolts, removing worn out nuts and bolts, damaged member, includes insurance of labour, T &P etc. required for the work . However cost of supplying /providing of new nuts & bolts and any missing member will be paid separately].

Supplying and fixing or replacing hot dip galvanised missing / damaged steel members, nuts-bolts etc of 40 metre Ground Base Tower with approved manufacturer (i.e., RINL, SAIL, TISCO) at required height and fixing with nuts-bolts washers etc. wherever required including hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries (galvanising shall be as per the relevant IS code as SERC recommendation) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying at site galvanised steel tower materials, [MISSING / DAMAGED MEMBERS ONLY] with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/Sqm (approximately 85 micron), members may be consisting of either tubes, angles, flats, base plates, gusset plates, ladders, connecting plates, climbing ladders, bolts & nuts, washers fabricated as specially instructed and as per approved drawings and specifications for erection of equivelent. Note:- Payment shall be made on the basis of weight of black (non-galvanising) section only and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation in weight due to galvanising].
