Piping from manifold to Boilers: Supply and fabrication of Piping works including cutting, edge preparation (inclusive of grinding the edges of pipes, fittings, flanges etc. to match with the matching edges of uneven/ different thickness wherever required), fit-up, bending, pre-heating wherever required, welding, threading etc.; erection of pipes of all types and thickness over sleepers, overhead on racks or structural support and at all elevations; hook-up with equipment nozzles; installation of all type and size of valves; supply and installation of necessary pipe fittings of all sizes (such as elbows, reducers, tees, 'o' lets, flanges, blind flanges, spectacle blinds etc.) MS plates 10mm, all types of gaskets, bolts, studs, screws and nuts of all sizes, anchor fasteners, Brackets, U clamps, washer, L angle support with plate, thread rod, thread sealer, teflon tape etc.; carrying out non-destructive testing (excluding radiography) such as liquid penetration etc. as required; cleaning and flushing by water/ compressed air, carrying out pneumatic test, valve functional test and any other type of testing as specified, de-pressurising, drying by compressed air, if applicable, and commissioning assistance; clean-up, restoration & painting with required Colour Code(1 coat of Primer & 2 coats of Final Paint) of all the pipeline. Piping for Fire Water Sprinkler System: Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of above-ground piping for Fire Sprinkler System as per Tender Drawing carried out of MS Class "C" ERW pipes as per IS : 1239 for pipes upto 100 mm NB (25mm/32mm/40mm/50mm/80mm/100mm) with all online Pipe Fittings, flanges (ASA 150 class), nuts,bolts (Galvanised),gaskets,washers,GI thread rods, U-clamp/Universal Clamp/ G-Clamp, anchor fasteners and tapping for gauges/instruments including cutting, welding, fixing in / on walls, ceiling by using suitable supports etc. The item rate shall also include surface preparation of pipes by wire brushing, application of 2 coats of epoxy primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel finish paint.All the fittings used in the pipe line shall be made from ERW pipe. All structural steel work for pipe support shall be included in this item.

(1 Working + 1 Standby) Gas Bank Vapourizer iii) 3C X 2.5 sq mm XLPE 2XWY armoured CU cable for Lighting iv) 4C X 10 sq mm XLPE A2XWY armoured AL cable for 1 no. 32 A receptacle v) 4C X 4 sq mm XLPE 2XWY armoured CU cable for Scissor lift Notes: 1) The cable sizes are tentative. Sizes may increase depending on actual data sheet of Load requirement of Vapouriser. Cable sizes mentioned above is the minimum rating to be provided. 2) All the cables should have extruded PVC inner and outer sheath FRLS type. 3) Any other electrical work including cabling (power & control) as required for commissioning of LPG infrastructure shall be in the scope of the tender without any extra cost to BL.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of electrical items (Zone 1 &2, Gas Groups IIA & IIB ) within/near the LPG shed. i) Non-FLP IP 65 Electrical Distribution Panel (EDP) available in 2 mm CRCA sheet RAL7032 (Siemens Grey Colour Code), bottom/top cable entry (as suitable at site),floor mounted on base channels with top canopy.The Panel will be placed approx. 5-10 m away from LPG shed.It will be having the following feeders: a)Incomer -150A TPN MCCB with O/L, E/F protection, R,Y,B and ON, OFF Indication lamp, Ammeter b)2 nos. of Power Feeder for Vapourizer- 63A TPN MCCB with O/L, E/F protection, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication lamp, Ammeter c) Power Feeder for receptacle- 40 A,10mA TPN RCCB, ON, OFF Indication lamp d) Power Feeder for Lighting- 3 nos., 10 A C type SP MCB,ON, OFF Indication lamp e) Motor Feeder for Power Pack (Scissor lift)- DOL-(2.2/3) KW with O/L relay (Thermal ,Class-10), ON/OFF/TRIP Indication (as per SLD). Power feeder instead of motor feeder for Scissor lift may be considered provided that a separate motor starter is installed. Any other feeders if deemed necessary during detailed engineering should be furnished by vendor.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Earthing system for Electrical/ Mechanical Equipment within the LPG shed. A) Vapouriser & Cylinder i) 2 nos. of earth station with Copper plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick complete with excavation supply and laying 75mm thick alternate layers of sand, coal and salt brick chamber with cover plate having locking arrangements and watering pipe, funnel etc., complete as per IS 3043 including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work. Earth stations will be inter-connected. Grid resistance should be less than equal to 1 Ohm. ii) Supply, laying, fixing and connection of equipment earthing lead with PVC insulated single core 50 sq Cu cable, including floor chipping and repair (wherever required) for earthing of 2 nos. of Vaporizers and any other equipment required for LPG infrastructure. iii) Supply, laying, fixing and connection of equipment earthing lead with PVC insulated single core 6 sq Cu cable , including floor chipping and repair (wherever required) for earthing of 12 nos. of LPG Cylinders, manifolds,PRS etc.

B) EDP, Receptackle, Light & Structure Earthing i) Installation of 1 nos. new earth pit as per IS standard with 50mm dia class B, GI Pipe 3 meters long, work includes all civil works Backfill materials like charcoal and salt of required quantity has to be put in the pit. Providing necessary frame around the pit, providing pit cover, supply and installation of earth pit display board, funnel for watering,measurement of Earth pit resistance. ii) Supply, laying, fixing and connection of equipment earthing lead with 25 X 3 mm GI Flat , including floor chipping and repair (wherever required) for earthing of EDP, Receptacle and Structure. iii) Supply, laying, fixing and connection of equipment earthing lead with 8SWG GI Wire , including floor chipping and repair (wherever required) for earthing of Lights. Note: Quantities may vary to provide requisite earth resistance. This item includes the above and all other accessories like test kit, clamp, nuts bolts etc. No further claim related to SITC of above items will be entertained. Double earthing is mandatory.
