Supplying and laying Polythene sheet (150 gm / sqm ) over damp proof course or below flooring or in foundation trenches .

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes

1:1.5 : 3 proportion.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6)

In foundation and plinth

Plaster (to wall, floor, etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints roughening of concrete surface including chipping and application of cement slurry where necessary etc. complete.

With 6:1 cement mortar.

20 mm thick plaster (In ground floor.)

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall , dado, window sills, floor, drain etc.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface thoroughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC.

One Coat (Ground Floor)

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as equired. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. Normal Acrylic Emulsion.

Two Coat in Ground floor

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic enamel/ oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc n steel surface .

Painting with superior quality aluminium paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. on steel surface :Two coats

Labour supply for removing old damaged M.S. structure including necessary scrapholding , cutting the structures in small pieces, lowering the same in ground level and stacking as instructed ,complete in all respect including cost of all incidential charges

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150 grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheet work having minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile of approved make (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 55 mm & 25 mm self tapping screw, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm th. washer etc. complete with 150 mm and lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work).

In Roof & Wall with 0.50 mm thick sheet

Artificial stone in floor , dado, staircase etc.with cement concrete (4:2:1) laid in panels as directed, with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (2:1) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including application of cement sullry before flooring works, using cement @ 1.75 kg/sqm all complete including all materials and labour.(In G Floor/ With graded stone chips :3 mm thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted) with ordinary cement. 35 mm thick artificial stone.in Ground Floor

Supplying fitting and fixing plaque made of Granite slabs ( single piece) of 15 mm to 18 mm thick with uniform texture and without decorative veins in facia etc fixing with using Cement slurry at back side of granite @4.4 kg/sq.m and white cement slurry for joint filling @1.8 g/sq.m including making lettering , sign marks etc as per direction of the EIC in the granite slabs with fixed at 125 mm thick brick wall (in 1:4) with 250 x 250 brick pillar both side , 250 x 250 brick work at top , 250 x 450 mm brick work at bottom avobe ground level as directed including earth cutting , 75 mm thick sand filling , single layer brick flat soling, 75 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) with masonry foundation of 1525 x 375 x150 & 1400 x 250 x150 brick layers, plaster with 20 mm thick sand cement mortar (6:1) or as specifed by the Department including cement based wall putty , Acrylic primer & Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion paint in two coats [whitw base with blue border] including all incedential charges for labours , materials , machinaries & transportig charges complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.[at Asansol Region carriage within 5.0 km]
