Excavation in soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 meters : Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers , trimming bottom and side slopes , in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per Clause 301 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoORT& H (5th Revision) (Mode of measurement : pre works and post works)

Construction of subgrade & Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads , transporting to site, spreading , grading to required slope and compactited to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Techinacal Specification clause 303.1 for Rural Roads of MORD. (By Borrow pit measurement.)

Carriage up to total lead of 1.0 Km

Supplying, spreading and compacting Sand to required thickness, in layers not exceeding 150 mm to proper gradient and camber, inundating each layer by water and packing and ramming layer by layer to achieve desired compaction including including lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate wearthen bundth where necessary, curing with water as per direction, mending cracks and depressions by ramming wherever necessary.

Supplying, spreading and consolidating stone dust to depth of 100 mm and above at desired density & C.B.R. as per specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber, including watering as necessary & lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate wearthen bundth where necessary to protect the edges & curing with water for 2 to 3 days mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as per specification.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding, barricading, including cost of all materials , machinery, tools and plants including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRTH (5 th Revision). [By Mix in place Method]

Water bound Macadam sub base: Water bound Macadam sub base by onsolidating Stone Metal of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary, hand packing , sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding, barricading & making necessary earihen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges & preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling & rolling all complete including the cost of all men and machineries and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRTH (5th Revision)

Grading 1 aggregate (63 mm to 45 mm) using stone screening type - B (11.2 mm ) by manual means

Grading 2 aggregate (53 mm to 45 mm) using stone screening type - B (11.2 mm ) by manual means

Supplying, stacking, spreading and consolidating Moorum to a depth of 150 mm at desired density and C.B.R. as per specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the egges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fual & lubricants etc. complete as per specification.

Prime Coat : Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS : 8887 -1978 and reuuisite quantity on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidential costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specification for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Tack Coat :Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS : 8887 -1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with hydrolic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire chareges of machinery & labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specification for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

On Granular Surface treated with primer : using Bituminous emulsion at the rate of 0.25 to 0.3 kg /sqm.

Open graded Premix surfacing using Bituminous (viscosity grade Paving bitumen / Modified bitumen ) binder & Mobile hot mix plant (Light duty) : Poviding , Laying and rolling of Open graded Premixed Surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm ( @ 0.018 cum per sqm ) 11.2 mm (@ 0.009 cum per sqm) size stone aggregates including throughly cleaning of the surface, screening cleaning and preheating stone chips and fully pre-coating the same either using viscosity grade paving bitumen or cut back or emulsion carrying the mixture by any suitable arrangement , laying the mixture uniformly over the surface, including line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously preapered base , including mixing in Mobile Hot Mix plant (Light duty ) throughly rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8 -10 Tonne capacity , finished to required level chips and matrix, heating the matrix , preheating the aggregates to required temperature and including the hire charges of Mobile hot mix plant (light duty ) and other machineries , pay of oparatrors and cost of fuel and lubricants etc. complete to be followed by seal coat of either type A or Type B as per technical Specifications Clause 508 for Rural roads for MORD.

Providing and laying Premixed Seal coat (Type – B) with approved quality sand / grit @ 0.6 cum per 100 sqm and bitumen binder on throughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand / grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 µ sieve ) uniformly with bitumen binder ,laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformaty, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidential charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT & H (5th Revision)

ByManual means with hot Bitumen binders (@ 6.8 kg/ 10 sqm) with Pakur variety.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification , including setting out , removing , spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches , leveling , dressing and ramming the bottom , and backfilling with approved materials complete as per direction of EIC.

Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of aboutments , wing - walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand. Quality of sand is to be approved by the EIC.

By Fine sand

Supplying and laying Polythelene sheet (150 gm / sqm) over damp proof course or below flooring , Cenent Pavement etc.

Hire & Labour charges for shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout prop with wooden plank/ ply / wood / steel plate with required bracing for any kind of plane or reinforce concrete works in all sorts of minor structure in cluding culvert , box culvert, cross drain etc.The rate is inclusive of fitting , fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification & direction. (Where staging is required)

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure including initial straighting , straiting of coil bars, removal of loose rust (if any) , cutting to requisite length , bending , binding in annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection , hooked and bending in correct shape and placed forms etc. including cost of black anneled wire and cost of loading , unloading and carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of EIC

Providing and laying Design Mix Concrete for plain / Reinforced concrete work in any part of culvert / bridge with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading , fine aggregate (sand ) conforming to proprer grading zone, both of approved quality & cement , at necessary , including labour , cost and carriage of all materials and including prepration of design Mix approved of the same by the EIC and cost of Quality control , sampling , testing etc all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for form work and reinforcement work.

M15 Grade using Concrete Mixture

M 25 Grade using concrete Mixture.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints including throating, noising and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary (Ground Floor) including cost of chipping over concrete surface.

With 6:1 cement mortar (20 mm thick)

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall , dado , drain etc.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / plain / reinforce concrete abutment , wing wall, retain wall with 100 mm dia A.C. pipe , extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V: 20 H towards drawing face. Complete as per draing and technical specification.

Direction and Place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm size Board: Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC : 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting , 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm , 2 Nos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) including lettering , sign marks etc as per direction of EIC

Supplying fitting and fixing plaque made of Granite slabs ( single piece) of 15 mm to 18 mm thick with uniform texture and without decorative veins in facia etc fixing with using Cement slurry at back side of granite @4.4 kg/sq.m and white cement slurry for joint filling @1.8 kg/sq.m.including making lettering , sign marks etc as per direction in the granite slabs with fixed at brick wall (in 1:6) as directed including earth cutting , 75 mm thick sand filling , 75 mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) and plastering with 20 mm thick sand cement mortar (6:1) as specifed by the Department including wall putty , Acrylic primer & Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion two coats including all incedential charges for labours , materials , machinaries & transportig charges complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.
