Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sq.mm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per meter, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying only Cable upto 50 sq.mm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonry trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core. (Item No.3.a of Pg. F1 of

Supply & installation on a suitable masonry plinth of Street Light Control Kiosk of size 900mm x 750mm x 450mm, made of 14 SWG MS sheet and comprising of the following,- a) One set 63A (10KA) FP MCB of Legrand/Siemens/ABB make. b) One set suitable timer (Astro, L&T) with 70A (at AC3) capacity 3 pole power contactor (ML4) of L&T make with requisite auxiliary contacts. c) One no. toggle switch & one no. 2A capacity slide lock fuse. d) Suitable neutral bar- 01 set. e) 40 A / 63 A capacity SP MCB (10KA) (complete set) –06 nos. Supply at the work site of 1100 volt grade 1.5 sq. mm HRFR PVC insulated unsheathed single core industrial grade flexible copper cable conforming to IS: 694. (Ph., N & E) from pole box to light fitting as per direction of EIC. Finolex/KEI/ Polycab/Havells. (Analysed Rate, Ref. Havells LP 02.01.2018), rate vetted by KMDA, Lenin Sarani.

Drawal of 1100 volt grade 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated single core stranded copper wire conforming to IS: 694:1990 (Ph., N & E) from pole box to light fittings as per direction of EIC. Rate obtained through quotations, rate vetted by KMDA, Lenin Sarani.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe.

One coat of red lead / zinc chromate priming.
