Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sq mm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. F2, 1a + 3% District Charge.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge 50 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. F 6, 11d + 3% District Charge.

Laying only cable upto 50 sq. mm through existing RCC/Hume/GI pipe/ Open masonry trench for single, 2, 3.5 & 4 core.

Jack pushing of requisite size for road crossing / similar application for passage of cable with all requisite tools, labour etc. complete as per direction of EIC. Rate obtained through quotations.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE / PVC armoured cables as below : For 2 core 10 sq.mm.F4,7a + 3% district charge.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : For 2C x 10 sq.mm. F5, 8b + 3% district charge.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE / PVC armoured cables as below : For 3.5 core 50 sq.mm.F4,7d + 3% district charge.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : For 3.5C x 50 sq.mm. F5, 8b + 3% district charge.

S&F of 30A cut-out (fuse base with grip). ADDA Maintenance 21-22, appvd. rate.

Supplying & fixing sheet steel main switch on flat iron frame on wall. 240 V D P with fuse on L & N. 30/32 A Standard. D1, 1a + 3% district charge.

Supplying and fixing 415V, TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating. 100A TPN, L&T.D3, 4a + 3% District Charge.

Wiring in 1.1 KV grade single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of following sizes in 25mm PVC casing-capping (Precision make) incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm). E11, 1e + 3% District Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning on a suitable masonry plinth (with all labour & materials as per direction of EIC) of outdoor type electrical feeder box of suitable size having projected top with inclination, made out of 14 SWG MS sheet and proper iron supports with vermin proof ventilation and comprising of the following,- a) 100 A, 415 V, 50 Hz AC, TPN SFU with 3 nos. 100A HRC fuse of L&T/Siemens/ABB make. – 1 set as incomer b) 32 A, Cut Out Fuse base and Bridge on hylam sheet JJ / GEC/ Alied make – 9 set as outgoings c) 200A, 415 V, 50 Hz AC, TPN bus bar – 1 set d) Suitable earth bus bar extended outside of the feeder box at both the ends – 1 set. All the interconnections inside the kiosk are complete with suitable size copper wire, necessary glands, sockets etc. The box is painted with two coats of anticorrosive red-oxide primer & two coats of bus-green paint complete with earthing attachment etc. as per direction & satisfaction of EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe.

Excavation of soil for installation of earth electrode and filling and ramming. G-1, 1a + 3% District Charge.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required. G2, 4c + 3% District Charge.

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for electrode.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required. G2, 4c + 3% District Charge.
