Supply & installation on a suitable masonry plinth of Street Light Control Kiosk of size 900mm x 750mm x 450mm, made of 14 SWG MS sheet and comprising of the following,- a) One set 63A (10KA)FP MCB of Legrand/Siemens/ABB make. b) One set suitable timer (Astro, L&T) with 70A (at AC3) capacity 3 pole power contactor (ML4) of L&T make with requisite auxiliary contacts. c) One no. toggle switch & one no. 2A capacity slide lock fuse. d) Suitable neutral bar- 01 set. e) 63 A capacity SP MCB (10KA) (complete set) –06 nos. Make: Legrand/Siemens/ABB. f) Separate lockable compartment for installation of Energy Meter. All the interconnections inside the kiosk are complete with suitable size copper wire, necessary glands, sockets etc. The box is painted with two coats of anticorrosive red-oxide primer & two coats of bus-green paint complete with earthing attachment etc. as per direction & satisfaction of EIC. Making plinth with all requisite materials &labour is included. Rate obtained through quotations. Lenin Sarani vetted rate (KMDA, CE).

Fixing outdoor type fluorescent / SV / MV / LED light fitting on pole including S&F 40mm dia x 1.68 mts. long GI pipe (ISI-M) bracket with 40mm x 10mm thick MS clamp etc. and providing wiring with 2x1/1.40 PVC insulated and sheathed wire (single core) partly in GI conduit & partly through above bracket from OH line to the fitting, without control switch, incl. making connections and painting. H5, H3+ 3% District Charge.

Supply, fixing, connection & testing of outdoor type Street light fittings of IP66, IK05 LED Integral type streetlight luminaire with system lumen 11500 Max system wattage 90 W with pressure die cast aluminium housing, Luminaire should be operable with auto adjustable 140V-270V supply voltage with same driver and with 3 KVA Surge protection, LM 80 For LED Source & LM79 for Luminaire is mandatory, Confirming the lighting level as per B1 category road of IS 1944 with spacing [Make: Philips (Cat no. BRP 409 LED 115 CW SLC FG PSU GR V2 SPD)/Approved equivalent from Crompton/Wipro/Bajaj ]. ADDA appvd. rate

Supply & fixing on poles with all necessary connections & items of outdoor type dust & vermin proof 3-ph pole box (300mm x 200mm X 125mm) made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet painted with powder coated paint through seven tank process (or outdoor type paint as directed by EIC) having 4 nos. terminal suitable for termination of 3 nos. 4C x 16 sq. mm Al. armoured cable with glaanding arrangements, earth bolt, earthing terminal and6A SP MCB of Legrand. Rate vetted by CE, KMDA, Lenin Sarani.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cablesbycrimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderlesssocket(Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials: 4 core 16 sq.mm.F5, 8b, Xii + + 3% District Charge.
