Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/ Vitrious China)including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50metres lead.(For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood)shutter including chow khats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50metres lead: Of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above.

12mm sand and lime plaster including rounding of for chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints where necessary. (1:2) with Lime & Sand mortar, all complete as per direction of Site in charge.

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 100x100x16mm having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in out door floors such as footpath, courtyard multi models etc.,laid on 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conformingtoIS:15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in- Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados,over12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Provision for anti-termite treatment along wall using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300mm including excavation channel along the wall & ridding etc. With Chlorpyriphos/ Linden E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Lime Punning 3mm thick with stone lime & Shell Lime (1:2) up to any height including preparing of Surface.

Sanitary fittings such as PTMT Toilet Hand Shower with 1 meter shower hose, SS Towel Holder , pipes Bends, Clamps etc.

Provision for cost, supply and fixing of Sanitary & Plumbing items such as European type water closet, sink, flushing cistern urinal, mirror glass, tower bolts, taps, liquid soap, water storage tank including cost, conveyance of all materials ,labour charges, laying and fixing in position charges etc and includes taxes like GST, and other applicable charges if any etc. complete item of work as directed.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.,complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Necessary labour for preparation of log /Panel in required size, shape & texture including cutting, planning, chiseling all complete.(For glazed shutters Window Frame ( up to any Height).

Providing & Supplying of first class Teak wood for door /window Panel in required size upto 65mm thick including all charges

Necessary labour for preparation of log /Panel in required size, shape & texture including cutting ,planning, chiseling all complete.(For glazed shutters Door Frame ( up to any Height).

Providing & Supplying of first class Sal wood for door window frame in required size up to 5 m in length including all charges.

Wiring for light /power plug with 2x4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 no. 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthling as required (Conduit Wiring of Primary & Secondary light points for Lighting using 2 X1.5Cu for P & N + 1 X 1.5PE from Switch Board to Lights.)

Wiring for circuit / sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.( Conduit Wiring of Main Circuit for Lighting using 2X2.5 Cu for P&N+1 X 2.5PE from DB to Switch Board.)
