Lime Concreting on Floor with lime concrete(2:2:7) (2 limeputty:2surki:7brickkhoa)laid to proper slope, thoroughly beaten and cured including top finishing all complete as per direction of Site-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqmon plan),including dressing of side sand ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Constructing masonry chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 course sand)for sluice valve, with C.I. Surface box 100mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 course sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), including necessary excavation , foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand ) 12 mm thick ,finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design: with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Lime Punning 3 mm thick with stone lime & Shell Lime (1:2) up to any height including preparing of Surface.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. application of soda, sajimati or any approved chemical paint remover and exposing the original surface including cleaning and thorough washing to remove all traces of the removing agent including taking out shutters and refixing the same where necessary.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound)content. With water thinn able cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Purchasing of essential materials for execution of ancient monument including all taxes for executing of work.

Building masonry bench with RCC Slab(1.5mx0.45m) at top and finishing with Red Sand stone Veneering at top & colour as per direction of Site-in Charge.
