The bidder should have prior work experience of a similar nature, with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder can produce credentials of 2 similar nature of work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice. Additionally, the bidder can also produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature, which has been completed on the extent of 80% or more, and the value of which is not less than the desired value at 40% of the estimated amount. The bidder should have experience under any department of State Government for similar works, with a satisfactory completion certificate. The bidder should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, with work credentials of both Mechanical, Civil & Electrical with related works. Experience in building up or remodeling work related to Poultry Industries is also required. In case of a joint venture, the machineries agency must fulfill the eligibility criteria of 60% of the estimated amount of total works put to tender, and the electrical agency must also fulfill the eligibility criteria of 10% of the estimated amount of electrical works put to tender. In case of consortiums, the lead partner along with the other partner(s) should jointly/combinedly meet at least 100% of the qualifying capacity, i.e., 30%. Each constituent must have at least some credential and also at least 10% turnover in contracting business. The agency should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 50 Crore and at least 3 Cr. yearly with the State Government.
