Experience and organization setup: - Experience under any department of State Government for similar works = 10 marks - Details of Organization Set up = 20 marks - Authorization/Approval from Manufacturer of Equipment/machineries = 20 marks 3. Technical evaluation: Total marks = 100, minimum required marks = 50 4. Credentials of similar nature of work: (i) Minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice (ii) 2 similar nature of work each of minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice (iii) One single running work of similar nature of work which has been completed on the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above 5. Eligibility criteria for joint ventures: - Machineries agency must fulfill the eligibility criteria i.e., 60% of the estimated amount of total works put to tender - Electrical agency also must fulfill the eligibility criteria (10% of the estimated amount of electrical works put to tender) 6. Available Bid Capacity formula: Available Bid Capacity = (A + N + M - B) Where: A: Maximum value of Civil Engineering work updated to the price level of the last 5 years at the rate of 8 percent simple interest per year N: 1.0 if completion time is more than 6 months, 0.5 if completion time is less than or equal to 6 months M: 3 B: Value at the current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of the work for which bids are invited The available bid capacity should not be less than the estimated amount put to tender.
