Job contract for Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance of Runway and Taxiway Mandatory/Information guidance Signage boards (LED illuminated signages & Fluoroscent tube light illuminated signages), Road holding Lights, Portable Obstruction Lights etc. along with all its accessories by deploying adequate manpower, on all days throughout the year including Sundays and holidays, preventive maintenance as per PMI schedule, attending complaints/faults/breakdown including taking rectification action and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition, supply and replacement of all spares e.g. Coverter/driver unit, LED strips, tube lights, all other electronic spares etc., maintaining all records and documentation etc., as per special conditions of contract and the instruction of Engineer in-charge or his authorised represenative as per requirement of the works. Note: (i) For LED illuminated signage boards the cost of all spares needs to be considered with this item except drivers and LED strips (Drivers & LED strips is under defect liability period for 5 Years).
(ii) For fluoroscent illuminated signages all cost of spares including driver to be considered.
(iii) The replacement of polycarbonate sheet i/c lettering not included in this item.
Note: The contractor needs to deploy the following minimum manpower for maintenance of signages.
1) Skilled Manpower - 2 Nos. (1 each in A and B shift)
2) Unskilled manpower - 2 Nos.(1 each in A and B shift)

Apron Flood Light (AFL) masts of various heights with its panel etc. and complete Perimeter Road and Perimeter Wall Lighting System (approx. 1227 light fittings) and Watch Tower lightings for 20 nos watch towers, including Feeder Pillars etc., by deploying adequate manpower in three shifts on all days throughout the year including Sundays and holidays, preventive maintenance as per PMI schedule, attending complaints/faults/breakdown including taking rectification action and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition, supply and replacement of all defective spares like MCCBs, MCB, contactors, LED fitting with driver of similar rating, time switch, lamp, ballast, Ignitor, wire, control cable, connectors, obstruction lights etc. and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of AFL masts and Perimeter road & wall lighting system, taking lux level measurement, maintaining all records and documentation etc as per PVM schedule., as per special conditions of contract and the instruction of Engineer in-charge or his authorised represenative as per requirement of the works. Note : i) For perimeter lights: Supply and replacement of all defective spares like MCCBs, MCB, contactors, LED fitting with driver of similar rating ( Except 377 LED fittings of perimeter light which is under defect liability for 5 years), time switch, lamp, ballast, Ignitor, pole loop wire, control cable, connectors, obstruction lights, loop in loop out box etc. and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of perimeter light and wall lights etc.
