The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 17254515.2. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 21568144. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 34509030.4. Alternatively, the bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of ₹73,10,051.00 or two works, each of ₹91,37,564.00 or one work of ₹1,46,20,102.00 in single contract of similar nature of “Operation & Maintenance of E & M Installations” during last 07 years. The experience certificates of works completed pre-GST era will be divided by 1.12 to exclude pre-GST taxes. Substantial completion shall be based on 80 percent of awarded cost or more value wise works completed under the contract. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of 7% per annum.
